Dec 08,2024I needed an inexpensive filter, because shipping was just about as much as the filter, I ordered 2. The product shipped quickly, but only 1 filter was in the box, not the 2 I paid for. The back and forth over the next 3 weeks was unacceptable. Customer service insisted on multiple photos of the part and box, every response was as spartan as possible with promises of an update, but no update happened. I kept asking them to send the second filter, they never addressed the issue. Finally some 3 weeks later they issued a refund for the missing filter. Expect a very low level of customer service. The filter was $13, they charged $11 for shipping. It definitely was not going to break the bank to send the missing filter like I asked, they could not be bothered and no explanation was sent. Find another parts site, this place is shady.

Dec 13,2024I ordered two CV axles and a clock spring for my 2011 Tacoma. Whoever packed the order removed the clock spring from the original box and placed it at the end of one of the axles and placed the folded box in the package with the other axle. When the axle shifted during shipping it broke the clock spring. I submitted an RMA request and was denied saying the shipment was signed for and there was nothing that could be done to resolve the issue so I’m out over 200.00 for a clock spring and was just brushed off. All I want is a new clock spring or my money returned. This is the WORSE customer service I’ve ever encountered!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!
