Dec 07,2024I ordered 4 motor mounts for a Scion XB. They were all simply tossed loosely in an oversized box with no packing material, allowing them to bounce freely in the box during shipping. While the parts were sturdy enough to resist damage, the box itself was broken on two seems. The parts arrived nearly falling out of the box, and I'm surprised none were lost in shipping. I tried to contact the store to complain, but the process was not simple. They make you follow an RMA process, then repeatedly email you back asking for different pictures, even when I'd already sent clear pictures detailing the issue. They don't even bother to make an apology for the poor service. Avoid this seller.

Dec 06,2024The customer service of toyotapartsdeal.com is absolutely terrible. I received the incorrect part and notified them prior to shipping it back. They acknowledged the email and then claimed that I had acknowledged no longer needing the part. They were unable to even transfer me on the phone because they “work remote.” Buyer beware, if you have to deal with them beyond the initial order you will be frustrated beyond belief. Use another parts supplier.

Dec 03,2024I would like to express my concerns about a frustrating experience I’ve had while trying to order a part from your company for the past two months. I’ve been told repeatedly that the part is out of stock across the UK, which raises doubts about your ability to supply essential components for your vehicles. It’s disappointing that a basic part like a wheel arch liner is not available. Why sell cars if you can’t provide the necessary parts?

This is second order I placed with poor packaging along with poor delivery in that one package traveled around the country a few times before USPS finally got it here. Boxes in both orders were barely hanging by a thread. Very lucky to have received parts.

Dec 01,2024Absolutely painless. If you know what you want.. it's easy to find the part number and order the part. Shipped within 12 hours,, and arrived in 2 days. Yeah, I'm a couple + hundred miles away from the place. Water pump and gasket arrived. Nice new box,, no reused crap. Opened the box and felt it was my birthday, AGAIN. It's a beautiful thing to see. EXACTLY what I needed. Install was simple - a few other things to replace, belts and hoses, as long as I was in there. A new part deserves new accessories. Give it a chance to last longer.

Dec 01,2024I received the wrong part and my time worth more than the fifteen dollars loss to correct it. The mistake is obvious and shows simple carelessness in filling the order. When I email about the mistake the email recipient ask for the vin number to the car....what a joke!!
