Mar 30,2025Niemals wieder kaufen meine Schuhe sehr teuer Asics gel nimbus gekauft innerhalb 2 Monaten ist kaputt gegangen Loch und die wollen nicht wechseln oder gibt keine Garantie nicht normal. Bitte niemals kaufen besser in Deutschland online Shopping. Ich habe Ihr Antwort gesehen und was Sie haben geschrieben, hab ich alles schon gemacht und gesendet Fotos und alles und nicht nur einmal aber mehrer Mal und noch auch claim gemacht aber nicht passiert. Deswegen ich habe meine Erfahrung und Bewertung geschrieben dass die anderen Leute passiert nicht… weil die Schuhe sind nicht nur 30-50€ die kostet über 123,99€ hab ich bezahlt und Die Firma muss verstehen Kundenservice. Sehr teuer Schuhe und geht kaputt automatisch innerhalb 2 Monaten nicht getragen … und ich habe nicht gesagt meine Geld zurückgeben sonst tauschen . Danke aber trotzdem Sie können sehen mein Order Nummer: 55068176 und ich hoffe die können mein Problem Lösung sein. Danke

Mar 30,2025Sete dias à espera do envio de uma encomenda, que o material está em stock, contactado o apoio ao cliente a resposta deles foi miserável, em vez de tentarem solucionar o que estava a acontecer, ver o que se passa, dizem-me para cancelar a encomenda ou trocar por outro produto, ora se eu quisesse outro produto não tinha encomendado o que encomendei, depois de mais tentativas de contacto ignoram por completo, não respondem aos emails e deixam, é sem dúvida o pior apoio pós venda que alguma vez experenciei. Fiz o cancelamento agora espero pela devolução. Não aconselho comprarem absolutamente nada nesta loja online.

Mar 30,2025Jeg har bestil to par bukser hos Bikeinn som så har flyttet salg over på tradeinn, 1/3, til levering 14/3, firmaet udskyder hele tiden leveringen, uden at informere mig, jeg skal ind på deres site for at se udsættelsen, “de har hævet pengene på kontoen”. Faktura skriver: Solgt og afsendt af: Tradeinn Men jeg har bestilt og fået faktura fra bikeinn Min status “I transit til vores forsendelsescenter”, så kan man undre sig over at på faktura er ordre afsendt. Jeg kan kun fraråde alle at købe hos dem. Du bliver i bedste fald brugt som rente og gebyrfri bank. Er faktisk bekymret for om det er rent svindel. Går jeg på deres site kan jeg se at varen er på lager! Hold jer væk fra bikeinn, tradeinn og de 14 andre navne de bruger.

Mar 30,2025Commande numéro 2502240728873GZ Site à fuir. Incompétence,malhonnêteté,sav inexistant. Après avoir passer une commande le 24/2/2025, un lot de 4 fauteuils +une table pour le jardin,la commande est arrivée 10 jours après la date maximum prévue. En plus la commande était incomplète, il manquait 3 fauteuils sur 4. Depuis que du blabla bla,des messages automatiques hors sujet.et toujours pas mes fauteuils et toujours pas de remboursement. Carton rouge +++ pour ce marchand

Mar 30,2025DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I ordered items in early January and they never arrived . They are refusing to give me a refund . Royal Mail still hasn’t even received the parcel so obviously stolen in transit . Not my fault , yet I am out of pocket . Customer service is unfortunately useless and extremely rude in how they communicate with customers . Stay away from them !

Mar 30,2025Je ne peux mettre qu’une seule étoile qu’ils ne méritent pas. Passez votre chemin, un site interessant sur les prix des articles au départ mais délais de livraison énorme sans parler des retours !!! Commande reçue non conforme outil dégradé depuis plus d’1 semaine, pas de nouvelles du SAV ! A ce jour, 3 jrs aprés, suite à votre réponse sur mon avis, tjs pas de réponse officielle et ni de remboursement !!!

Mar 29,2025Ordered a pair of trainers from their website that showed as being available. Estimated delivery was yesterday. Contacted Tradeinn to find out why they hadn't even been dispatched yet. They told me they were still waiting on the item coming in stock but didn't know how long that would take. Waste of time, avoid.

On m’annonce: « Nous avons le regret de vous informer que suite à une erreur du système concernant l’état des stocks l’article n’est plus disponible ». Futurs acheteurs faites attention!

Mar 29,2025Commande RUNNERINN - 56973063 Bonjour. j’attends toujours une réponse à mon mail, message insta, téléphone…. Apparement vous répondez ici aux mauvais avis. J’ai passé commande sur votre site le 8/03 avec paiement via Klarna. Je n’ai pas eu de mail de confirmation ni de numéro de suivi mais j’ai bien été débité de la première échéance. Je n’arrive plus à me connecter à mon compte sur votre site car on me dit que mon adresse mail n’est pas valide. Je n’ai donc plus du tout accès à la commande et à son suivi. Pouvez vous me faire un retour rapide svp? Merci

I took 10 days for my purchase from Spain to the UK. The package is excellent, Originally box inside another box with some bubbles wrap. The item condition is expected coz it is a new one.

Mar 28,2025Ich habe dort 2x bestellt und die Lieferzeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. Zu meiner Garantienfrage meines E-Bikes habe ich nach einer Woche leider immer noch keine Antwort erhalten, sondern werde immer wieder an den Chat das Kundencenter oder 2 E-Mail Adressen verwiesen wo ich immer jeweils an die andere Stelle verwiesen werde.

Mar 28,2025I still have not received my order despite constant communication. I have tried to resolve this issue, but the customer service is clearly lacking. I placed my order in February, and I have no idea when I will receive my trainers. I would absolutely not recommend using this company. The service has been awful.

Mar 28,2025Torno sulla ditta Tradeinn per concludere in bellezza: non solo non ho ricevuto il pacco, non solo ho aspettato 20 giorni per sapere qualcosa, ma ora il rimborso non è neanche esatto: ho pagato 22.96 euro e ho ricevuto 21.96 euro, 1 euro è stato trattenuto per "denaro restituito" come se la colpa fosse mia che ho restituito l' oggetto ordinato, ma io il pacco non l'ho mai ricevuto a causa loro. Questo caso andrebbe segnalato alle Polizia postale.

Mar 28,2025Be careful when ordering from Tradeinn My order said expected by 25 March latest. When I email them they just extend the eta everytime as if that is what was mentioned from the start. Still the tracking number for my local postal service is not even active after 4 days over eta. I am sure they use someone in a paddle boat to deliver their international packages. Order from them if you want your product to be expired or out of style by the time it reaches you.

Mar 28,2025Having real problems making a return. The order isn’t showing in the my account (must have checked out as a guest) and you can only make a return via your account. Support send an automated email to me and directed to technical support. Zero response. No number to speak to a human. Going to my credit company to see if they can help. I just need instructions to return an item! LOOK - AGAIN …, an automated message. I cannot follow these steps because the order is NOT in my account. I have email confirmation for the order but it is NOT showing in my account!

Mar 28,2025I ordered a product from snowinn on 08/01/25 which I never received. it was sent to the wrong address. I have proof I provided the correct address when purchasing. The product was returned to sender by the delivery company and I still haven’t received a refund 2 months later. I was told I would have to wait till they received the product back but 2 months have now passed. I shouldn’t have to wait over 2 months for a refund when it was tradeinn’s fault not mine. When I try to contact customer service I am met with the same automated emails every time and a phone number that doesn’t ring. Don’t order from here it’s a scam and waste of time. Order number is 55341840
