Fuyez!! Un article reçu avec un défaut, après avoir envoyé plusieurs photos et suite à plusieurs échanges on m'indique que le produit est soi-disant conforme et que je peux juste si le je souhaite le retourner à mes frais... Grosse blague. Sur une commande à plus de 600.- on me propose ensuite un geste de 20.- sur un article à 150.-. J'ai finalement abandonnée et obtenu un malheureux geste de 50.- car je vois bien que suite à tous ces échanges je n'arriverais à rien avec eux, mais je ne commanderais plus JAMAIS sur ce site!
They charged 29,9€ for single piece tennis over grip. I contacted customer service few times, and they claimed that everything is 'Correct'. It's either a scam or they are just not professional at all. I give 1 star for the proper refunding. But I need to pay 14€ shipping cost.
I am appalled, brought a tech suit costing $700, which was the wrong item, my fault so sent back which cost me $60 aus to send back. Requested approval for return item which was accepted by Tradeinn, so I posted it with tracking and insurance. It arrived in Spain a week after I posted it back at a local postal facility for delivery. A week later no update, I contact Australia post who inform me the receiver being Tradeinn blatantly refused to accept the item and returned it to sender. Have contacted Tradeinn why is was refused acceptance as the suit was not opened from its original packaging and by the seems of it they have not opened it just refused delivery to them. Now I am waiting for the suit which could take up to 3 months by to receive back to me. I have contacted Tradeinn for the last 3 days with no reply. You only get a month to return the item and it will be well and truly past, once I receive it before attempting to send it back. WARNING to all Australians don’t purchase from this company I have done all that was asked of me and now I am at a loss of $760.

Vo mijn vakantie een duur snorkelmasker besteld, zou ruim op tijd geleverd worden! Nou ik kan straks dus zonder op vakantie want gaat er niet op tijd zijn! Echt heel naar. Geen telefoonnummer te vinden, geen adequate klantenservice. Baal hier enorm van, echt waardeloos dus!
Uma vergonha de empresa. Encomenda (56901272) feita no dia 7 de Março, estamos no dia 1 de Abril e a encomenda não chegou. Envio mensagens e respondem com emails automáticos pedindo para eu ler as "Perguntas frequentes". e para esperar alguns dias uteis. A transportadora deu a encomenda como perdida. Não têm qualquer respeito pelo cliente.
I ordered a pair of trainers four weeks before my son’s birthday for a gift. Tracking then indicated they would not arrive till a few days afterwards. They did not arrive. Enquiries with the tracking company indicated they had been incorrectly addressed and had been returned to sender. I reached out to Trade Inn for a refund. Still waiting for that two weeks later. Appalling service.
I had a terrible experience with TradeInn. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive today or tomorrow, but when I contacted their support to ask for an update, they blocked my IP address! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of providing a simple update on my order, they chose to silence me by preventing me from accessing their website. A legitimate company would never treat customers this way. If they can’t handle basic customer service, I seriously question their reliability. Avoid TradeInn at all costs unless you want to deal with poor communication, delays, and shady practices.
A FUIR Ils envoient les mauvaises tailles en expliquant que si c'est la bonne taille. Un Levis en 26 alors que j'en ai déjà un meme ligne meme couleur et qu'il est 3 fois trop grand... Confirmé en boutique ce n'est pas la même taille. Donc j'ai attendu presque deux mois pour recevoir une mauvaise taille de leur part et ils me disent en plus que je dois renvoyer à mes frais!! Clairement à fuir. Et service client lamentable.
Prices appear great but lord help you if you need to return an item - had to pay £10.99 to get the return label to send back a pair of trainers that were too big!

ACHTUNG Betrug! Dieser Online-Shop gibt vor auch in Deutschland Niederlassungen zu haben und die Ware entsprechend zeitnah zu übersenden. Nach Aufgabe meiner Bestellung am 13.03.25 habe ich eine Mail mit einem erwarteten Lieferdatum am 17. März erhalten. Ich warte auf die Ware bis heute und der Support vertröstet lediglich und begründet dies mit vermeintlichen Lieferproblemen, das Produkt (Sportschuhe) seien nicht im Lager und man wisse nichts genaues. Das Geld wird vermutlich weg sein. Unbedingt fernhalten!
Jeg bestilte nogle cykelsko for over 2 måneder siden. Pengene blev trukket med det samme, men har på intet tidspunkt hørt noget om forventet leveringstid og eller at pakken er sendt. De svarer ikke på mail, og jeg kan ikke annullere ordren. Middelmådig service kræver ikke meget effort - det her er helt på månen. Vælg den dyrere løsning og spar jer selv for bøvlet.
Falta de informação clara. Meu produto foi perdido e o prazo da investigação já se encerrou. Não quero nada mais desta empresa, apenas o meu dinheiro de volta. Mas informam que está sob investigação, depois informam que enviarão o dinheiro, depois informam que aguardam a transportadora. Enfim, entrei em contato diretamente com a MRW e informaram que já declararam meu pedido como PERDIDO. A unica coisa que resta à Tradeinn é me devolver o dinheiro. Ficam nos testando e enrolando para tirar proveito desta demora e tentar nos vencer pelo cansaço. Decepcionada.
La última compra que realicé, nunca la recibí. Después de meses de reclamaciones varias, nunca me devolvieron el dinero, porque según el mensajero, el paquete había sido entregado. Ponen por delante a la empresa de transportes que al cliente. Desde luego, ni a mi, ni a ningún familiar o conocido que me lo hiciese llegar. Conclusión, perdí 70€ y mucho tiempo intentando recuperarlos. Nunca más volveré a comprar en esta plataforma.
As with many other customers, I won’t be attempting to use any of the shops associated with the TradeInn brand. Very similar experience - placed an order, and funds were deducted (rather than pre-approved). Delay after delay, with no proactive communication from the company. Order showing as “in transit to our distribution centre” for weeks, and eventually just had to cancel the order. They did respond to a request email for clarification, hence the two star, rather than one star review. Assuming refund will be issued without further inconvenience.

Apr 02,2025Don’t trust this company. It’s a total ripoff. I haven’t yet received the order I placed on 27 February, or any refund for the amount debited (E.53.97) despite my writing practically every day asking for a refund and they never delivered the goods.
