Hice un pedido el día 12/03 y tenía fecha máxima de entrega prevista para ayer día 24/03. Lleva desde el día 12 en tránsito al centro logístico. En el seguimiento han ido modificando los días, sin avisar vía mail ni similar. Contacté con atención al cliente y me dijeron que para el día 23 lo recibirían en el centro logístico. Ayer ponía que el plazo máximo de entrega sería el día 01/04, hoy ya pone 02/04. Creo que no lo van a enviar y atención al cliente ya no responde, ni por mail ni por chat. Voy a esperar un poco, pero lo siguiente será reclamaciones y quejas en todos los sitios que pueda. Una y no más. Edición: respuesta genérica que ni ofrece ayuda ni aporta nada. PONÍA Y SIGUE PONIENDO EN SU WEB QUE EL ARTÍCULO ESTÁ EN STOCK!! Debe ser que está en stock en las antípodas, aunque doy fe que aún así, mi pedido llegaría antes. Si hay fallo o rotura de stock, avisadlo, no simplemente alargueis la fecha sin informar al cliente!!

I placed an order with TradeInn over a month and a half ago. Multiple items, including a motorcycle jacket, all marked in stock with an estimated delivery of under 10 days. I paid in full, expecting a standard transaction. What I got instead was a complete mess. A few days after the order, the shipping date was pushed back. Suddenly, one item—the jacket—was marked as "expecting from supplier by ...." That date came and went, and the status changed to “Apologies, product with a delay.” No explanation, no update, no communication. Then, after some time, it changed again: back to "expecting from supplier." Another new shipment date was set. That date passed, and surprise—again—“Apologies, product with a delay.” This happened multiple times. Meanwhile, all the other items in the order are just sitting there. TradeInn won’t ship them out because they’re waiting on this one delayed item. No one reached out, no one offered alternatives, no options were presented. Just complete silence. After waiting over six weeks, I finally contacted their customer service. Their response? Basically copy-pasted the order page: “We don’t have the item, we’re waiting on the supplier, it will be shipped when it arrives.” That’s it. No accountability, no effort to resolve the situation. When I pushed for answers on how they planned to make this right, they just told me I could cancel the jacket from my account and then the rest would ship. That’s the extent of their customer service. Seriously? If you fail to fulfill an order for six weeks when it was promised in 10 days, the bare minimum would be to: - Contact the supplier and get a real shipment date - Offer me some alternatives - look for the same item in other colors, ask if a replacement is acceptable - the jacket was available in multiple colors at the time of ordering, and while I had my eyes set on this one, I could consider some other light colors as well if they were in stock (although, from my experience, the fact that it is being shown as in stock on the website means absolutely nothing) - Proactively try to fix the issue instead of saying “it’ll ship when it ships” But nope—nothing. They already have my money, so why bother? The item was listed as in stock when I ordered. I paid in full. So why is there zero transparency and absolutely no effort to make this right? TradeInn is clearly not interested in customer satisfaction, and they certainly don’t care once the payment clears. If you're considering ordering from them, save yourself the frustration. You’ll get better service from a brick wall.

Habia comprado anteriormente en esta web por sus buenos precios. Nunca cumplen los plazos de entrega, pero bueno, si tuviera prisa compraría en otro sitio. Esta última vez la decepción ha sido total, más de un mes de retraso sobre la fecha inicial informada y cero interés por solucionar el problema salvo la devolución del artículo, que en todo momento de este periodo aparece con stock en la web, pero a mí no me lo sirven. Dejaré de comprarles en adelante
I was a little worried having placed an order despite the negative reviews. However, my item arrived as ordered, as described and at a great price. OK, delivery does take longer than some companies but the price is worth the extra delivery time. No issues here and a happy customer.

Do teraz nie udało mi się ustalić jak skontaktować się ze sprzedawcą. Bardzo nieczytelna strona www. Nie mam nawet numeru zamowienia, więc nie liczę na odzyskanie pieniędzy.
I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I returned an item that I did not like, and the tracking clearly shows that it was delivered back to the seller on January 15. However, as of today, March 24, I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact customer support, they keep telling me they will refund my money once they receive the item. I have already sent them the return receipt multiple times, proving that they did receive it, yet they continue repeating the same response as if I were talking to Trump. It feels like they are either completely incompetent or intentionally stalling. At this point, I have no trust in their service, and I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. A refund should not require over two months of endless emails and frustration. Absolutely unacceptable!

Lieferzeit ist eine Katastrophe. Es wird mit 2-3 Tagen geworben, aber selbst bei vorrätigen Artikeln werden es letztlich zwei Wochen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man sich neues Material vorm Urlaub bestellt und sich auf eine halbwegs seriöse Angabe der Lieferzeiten verlässt. Hätte unter diesen Voraussetzungen dort niemals bestellt.
La commande qui devait être livrée sous 3 jours n'est jamais partie. Plus d'un mois après, j'attends toujours le remboursement. Aucune réponse de la ste si ce n'est "on va étudier votre dossier" la réglementation impose un remboursement sous 15 jours, il s'en fiche

Mar 25,2025They rip people off, never got my package and they don’t care. Been trying to sort it for months. GLS driver left it somewhere else, I’m assuming outside and he signed for it so they’re taking that as proof of delivery even though I’ve told them we did not receive it. The package has been stolen. GLS said they couldn’t tell me where the package ended up and to get Tradeinn to claim for it on I controls, but this nasty company won’t even do that instead they’ve left me several hundred pounds out of pocket. Someone who is disabled and on a fixed income, that was all my Christmas money just gone! So upsetting! Do not used this company ❌🛑🚩
