Feb 07,2025I had originally gone online to order 2 garlands that were clearance price. I received confirmation that my order had been received. As it was after Christmas, I was in no hurry to receive the items however, after a few weeks, when I did not get shipping confirmation, I contacted Treetime. At that time I was told that although my order had been confirmed, you were unable to fulfill my order because of a discrepancy in your inventory numbers. Although I can not remember the woman's name with whom I spoke, she apologized very nicely. However, at no time did she offer me a different type of garland at that same price. And, she never explained why I did not receive any information about the order until I contacted you. I did order another type of garland which was more expensive and received it very promptly. It will work fine for my purposes.

Could not be happier with the quality of the tree we ordered (Virginia Pine), incredibly realistic even right up close, worth every penny! No ornaments are even needed with this tree. Planning on adding matching wreaths and garland next year! Shipping was extremely fast as well - 5 stars across the board!

Jan 17,2025I ordered a tree on 12/6, and the tree was delivered on 12/18 in a mangled box with gaping holes. It had sat at a FedEx location with no shipping updates for 10 days. When I got the tree, I realized that I had ordered the one with colored lights instead of white light which is what I needed. I tried contacting customer service via email before I even removed the tree from the packaging, but I didn't get a response. Ultimately, I realize that this was my error. However, the product I selected included pictures of only white lights--which was misleading and contributed to the oversight. I would have been happy to exchange the tree. But due to the delay in delivery and their return policy stating that they must receive returns back in the original box by 12/23, I had no options to exchange the tree or get a refund. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but never heard back.

Jan 15,2025Regarding Order #SO177337 dated December 27, 2024 (125 bulbs) and Order #S0177564 dated January 2, 2025 (125 bulbs), I returned Christmas tree bulbs (L-B25PLGR-MU-H25) to Treetime Decorations that were supplied to me per these two subject orders. I want to acknowledge the outstanding customer support that I received from Leslie, Mike and Marsha in tracking down and finding the right Christmas tree bulbs that I needed. I appreciate their hard work and commitment to maintaining outstanding customer service.

Jan 15,2025The tree we received looked nothing like the picture. It was very sparce even after fluffing it out. We returned it, but we're charged $67 for the shipping. Seems since we didn't receive the product we ordered they would cover the return cost. We ordered another tree from Balsam hill for 1/2 the price and love it!!!

Jan 15,2025I like the frosted and flocked combo, but especially the mixed pine/spruce branches. I Don't like, sparkles fall off horribly, one branch does not sit right, it just drops creating a unleveled look. This tree is very heavy, extremely hard to unassembled. Forget getting it into a storage bag! I was exhausted. 😒
