Jan 13,2021Your return policy where customers have to pay the expense for shipping is bad service. Purchase a garland which didn’t fit my decor and I had to pay the cost for shipping from Cali to IL. I will not buy from tree time or will lot recommend other to buy from there

Jan 12,2021Beautiful tree and perfect if you have a lot of and/or large ornaments. It is not as full as other trees which leaves room for larger ornaments to hang properly. I hang ornaments deeper inside the tree as well and this tree is perfect for that. It does require a lot of "fluffing" and spreading out. I usually do this the day before I plan to decorate it.

Jan 13,2021I purchased the 4’ potted Colorado with multi colored lights. The tree is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the urn/base was cracked with a chunk broken out of it. Customer service was wonderful and even though my item is now out of stock due to end of year sales, they were able to special order me a new base/urn to be delivered over the summer. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Beautiful product and excellent customer service!
