Jan 19,2021My purchase went very well. My only complaint is with the tree. The tree we bought has led lights and t 40 bulbs on it and the t 40 bulbs were not put on the tree very well. In certain spots I have clusters of bulbs and in other places bare spots.

Jan 19,2021It took years before I could bring myself to buy an artificial tree but we were super happy with the tree we selected (7.5 foot cumberland fir) , prompt delivery, the ease of assembly, great lighting options. It looked fantastic and while I miss the smell of pine, I'll get over it! Great company to deal with!

Jan 18,2021The tree is very beautiful and has many lighting options. The tree is fairly easy to assemble and take down. The one negative that I have is that my lights are all hooked into automatic timers and the lights on the tree will not come on with the timer, they have to be turned on manually.

Jan 17,2021Not happy with the quality of this Christmas tree. I bought this for my elderly parents and had it shipped to their home. There was a large gap between the top and bottom parts of the tree. It was filled in with large ornaments, but it shouldn't have to be fixed like that. It was the perfect height to be placed on a low table by their front window. However the quality was poor and the tree looked fake. I paid $235 for the tree because I thought the reviews and pictures on their website were good. Don't waste your money on a tree you haven't seen in person. Lesson learned.

We received the tree very quickly. It was packaged so well and it actually looks like a real tree! Thanks for making this Holiday season that much more enjoyable! Jan 17,2021The tree was easy to set up. It took a little time to stage the branches but it was well worth it. The tree was beautiful and full and well lit. Takedown was equally easy with a little time to “unfluff” the branches. Altogether an excellent experience!

Jan 17,2021It was easy to purchase my tree online. It was delivered in a timely manner. I feel that for the price the tree should look a little more full. It was easy to assemble with the help of my family. I enjoy changing the light colors each day. Having a pre-lit tree is convenient. The remote control was also convenient and easy to figure out. I was a little disappointed that some of the lights were not programmed correctly. For example, when the white lights are on, one of the branches has green and red lights. When the lights are steady multicolored, a few lights twinkle. Future customers might want to test the tree to make sure the lights are correct before decorating it.

Jan 14,2021Beautiful tree!!! I bought the 9ft spruce and couldn’t be happier. The delivery was prompt and the tree was easy to set up. The fluffing took some time, but that was expected. I didn’t tell anyone that I went artificial and not one person noticed that my tree wasn’t real this year. My sister and niece ordered one for themselves.
