Dec 22,2024Our first ever fake christmas tree. The top and mid sections look fine, but the bottom is where you csn tell its not a real tree, the bottom layers are too uniform unlike a real tree.

Dec 20,2024I bought a $900 tree. It arrived with a broken joint on one of the branches. It took me days and multiple rounds of emails to finally get someone to agree to send me the part I needed to FIX my BRAND NEW tree. I was clear that I needed it by Dec 14th as I was having my big christmas party on the 15th. It is December 19th and I still haven't received the part. If the tree had come in unbroken, it would be perfect. The branches are beautiful, the fullness is as pictured.

Dec 18,2024The tree is the perfect shape and I loved the lights, but there were pieces of tree that had come detached. It was very hard to decorate and we the tried everything we could to put an angel on top made of paper mache. It would not stand up. It just fell over. Plus if it had have stayed up there was a light at the very top which would have been in danger of starting a fire.
