Oct 08,2024The tree was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I had to contact the company twice to verify that my tree was going to be shipped. Most companies send email updates on shipping, your missed me somehow and I had to be more proactive than I would have liked. All is well, when I called again today 10/7/24 and the helpful representative said it was already shipped and delivered to my daughter on the first of October. I checked and found this to be true .A simple heads up my way would have been appreciated. Of course my daughter didn't heads me up either!

Sep 07,2024I am very excited about our beautiful 9' slim Andersen Fir tree which I bought on July sale. It was easy to put together (4 parts). I wanted the soft traditional glow of incandescents in multi-color. They're perfect. It's worth noting that the ends of branches are in the realistic tree branch style, and the inner areas are PVC strips. I didn't fluff it fully and it still looked beautiful. The branches are not as full as they appear in the photos, but with proper fluffing, they will be very pretty. There is room for larger ornaments to hang on this tree. I can't wait to set it up completely at Christmas this year.

Aug 12,2024The wreaths I ordered are lovely, were packed well, and arrived within week. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that the description on the ordering website was not clear about whether the product was on sale or clearance.

Aug 04,2024So far, we have not received the product (Mantle Wreath) that was ordered in early July. CS tells me that "it will be shipped when they get their stock for the Christmas selling season". They have not yet charged my card, which is good. It does seem to me that asking for a review when they have yet to deliver is, to say the least, premature if not presumptive!!!
