Had to describe it using my hands to show the shape and size and the salesperson knew just what I meant and where it was. We found it and you even had the scene, angel feeding forest animals, I wanted. Polite and very helpful she was pleased that I was so happy.

I contacted the company and several days later, they emailed the waitlist to say they had received a few of those trees. I was able to purchase one, and it arrived promptly and well packaged.

Jan 08,20255 for the tree itself but 4 because of the "false advertising?" I guess you would say? We specifically went with your rather pricey tree because we wanted to support Made in the USA, which you say they are. Then the tree came clearly labelled, "Made in China." Huh? Not cool. But the tree is very nice.

Jan 07,2025The tree came quickly. However, it was not as easy to put together, the instructions were complicated...the wiring for the lights was different from other trees I've purchased in the past. Once the tree was assembled, it was wobbly and not secure.

Jan 06,2025The tree is lovely, and perfect size for me. I was able to get a 5ft tree that I could manage myself. It is now my favorite holiday decoration. It will be difficult to put it away. Only glitch were the lights. I had to jury rigged some outlets to get the top lights to light, but it worked. Lights are usually the challenge with these pre-lit trees
