Nov 05,2023The perfect wreath! The wreath is just as described and perfect. So many choices out there but for me there is only one choice. Sure it’s a bit more expensive, but you will not be disappointed. As in everything, you get what you pay for. The value is absolutely there.

Nov 04,2023It’s a bit before Christmas so haven’t put the tree fully up yet but did put it together enough to test the lights and verify that everything is there. It came quickly after ordering. The needles look very lifelike. Seems like a nice tree, so far.

Nov 04,2023I wasn’t overall pleased with my tabletop tree purchase. The empty tree will tip over easily and looks lopsided. Manipulating the branches around does not help to keep it balanced or correct the irregular shape. I have to put a small weight on one support leg to keep the tree upright. Also, only one side of the tree is presentable, so it has to be turned one specific way. The sale price was also not reflected at checkout when purchasing the tree. I would not buy another tree from Treetime.

Nov 03,2023What a surprise. We opened the box and were stunned. Couldn't imagine that it would ever look like a Christmas tree but as we began to 'fluff' it, it came to life and fullness. We love it. Great price and 70% nontoxic. It couldn't be better.

Nov 03,2023Purchased a small 3' tree. It was delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. A little disappointed that the tree appears to have less than 97% PE as described in the item description. Didn't expect 3% PVC to be visible.

Nov 01,2023I have bought four different artificial Christmas trees over the years, and the 6.5' Slim Wexford Spruce Tree (unlit) is the best ever! The design of the tree and the blend of PE (realistic) and PVC (traditional) needles looks very full and natural. Fluffing took some time, but it was easy to do following the directions. Our home is not large and our ceilings are low. This tree is small enough not to overwhelm our space, and yet, because of its proportions, it looks somewhat grand. It is exactly what I wanted, and I can’t wait to decorate it.

Oct 14,2023I had trouble placing the order online and when I emailed Treetime they answered me promptly. I received the tree at the time it was supposed to be delivered, the box was in perfect condition. We put the tree up today and it's exactly what I expected. No problems at all.

The result was, I ordered the tree, and it was not as I was told in the chat. Obviously disappointed. Update… Tree time contacted me and acknowledged I was given incorrect information at time of purchase. I realize that mistakes happen, and TreeTime took the time to make it right. Due to their prompt response and eagerness to please, I have changed my review to five stars. Not many companies go above and beyond like they have. I would highly recommend them.

Nov 05,2023Came packaged well and on time. Would give 5 stars but tree a little smaller than I imagined. But that's because of on line shopping not company's fault. Pricey for a 3 footer but compared to others in stores it is very full and realistic looking. So I think worth it.
