Sep 21,2023Wow, I had Leslie as my point of contact. I ordered online and was called to say that what I ordered wasn’t available. First point. I said ok and ordered some of what you did. Got a call weeks later that they had an issue with charging form due to the order change. Today I look and my card was charged 3 times from you with the exact same amount. This was not fun.

I then got it 4 days later. I must say that I was a little peeved initially, but the personal touch of the phone call blew me away! And the tree is lovely, just what I had hoped for! Until I found Treetime I wasn’t sure that what I wanted was even on the market. A slim, realistic, unlit, 7.5 ft tree. I want to add my own lights so that I won’t have to replace my tree every 5-10 years when the lights go out. Thank you for making such a beautiful tree!
