Dec 07,2022I was so disappointed in this tree! I literally have been looking forever and when I read that it was 75% PE I was sold. However when it arrived and I saw it was literally only the tips, I was beyond sad. I think it's even worse that I now have to pay over 150.00 just to send it back! You really should show that it's only the tips that are made out of PE.

Dec 07,2022Had to order a new tree since the one I bought in 2015 broke. Received the new tree in a few days, which was great. When I unpacked the tree and started fluffing it out I realized the tree is not as nice as my previous one which I loved. Not real happy with it, but also not going to spend money to send it back.

Dec 06,2022I was excited to receive my tree in a speedy fashion. It is gorgeous and just what I was looking for. However, one strand of lights did not work, so I went through all of the possible solutions - test it in a wall outlet, check each lightbulb, replace the fuses in the strand cord - nothing solved the problem, so I contacted TreeTime Customer Service via email. After 5 days I had no response so I called Customer Service and the only option was to leave a phone message. The tree was quite expensive and out of the box I am unable to use it. Very disappointed.

Dec 05,2022Everyone was so friendly and the store is beautiful. I ended up ordering a new tree on line but the tree didn't work out. Called to return and Joanne was very nice and helpful, plus I was able to return the tree at the store rather than shipping back. The trees are such great quality (I have one already). Hard to find a nice selection of trees NOT pre-lite, and they have a great selection. You can get all your decorating needs here!

Dec 03,2022Most people only write reviews when they've encountered a problem - fewer when they've had great customer service because they got what they expected and that's sad. Great customer service should be acknowledged more when it happens....and Treetime has delivered that to me. I was a first time customer five years ago. When my ordered tree arrived the lights were immediately a problem - whole strings out. When I contacted Treetime and explained the issue - they sent me another tree. A company can make a superior product but with something like Christmas trees - they are only as good as the lights. They don't make their own lights and have no quality control over the companies they come from. Second tree worked beautifully. I was informed you need to watch for and replace lights that burn out because they can have a cascading effect. When they first happened to me, they sent me replacement lights. Once you understand the issues you can really appreciate the trees. I have to mention Joanne - who has worked there for many years. She has taken the time to explain things to me and always been one of the most customer service oriented people - she represents Treetime so well. Now into my fifth year with this year and I get compliments every year. As far as I am concerned you cannot go wrong with the products of the customer service they provide!

Dec 02,2022Shipping was super-fast and the packaging was extraordinarily easy to remove the tree. I bought a 7.5' Enchanted White Spruce and I love it. I have many expensive extra-large highly collectible ornaments. I'm able to easily display the ornaments with ease. The large 72" diameter at the bottom allows me to display many ornaments that I wasn't able to display with smaller trees. I chose this tree over many other ornament collectors' choice with another high-end tree manufacturer. I'm more than happy with the decision here at TreeTime my tree is beautiful and it proudly displays the ornaments and the lights are prefect... This tree is a keeper it looks natural and is easily mistaken as being real.

Dec 02,2022Ordering online was easy and the tree came quickly. For the price though, it looked cheap and it wasn’t what I was looking for. The only issue I had with this company was trying to return the tree. I followed the directions online which said to email OR call. I do not like calling people so I emailed. It was a Saturday and I’m pretty sure they’re closed on the weekends so I waited until Monday to hear back from them but didn’t hear back. Mid day on Tuesday, I emailed again and again I heard nothing. I’m on the west coast and have a job where I can’t call while I’m at work so I was really irritated that not only did I now have to call which I hate but I had to use my lunch break to call them in order to return this tree. Once that was finished, the rest of the return process went fine. I got my full refund today.

Dec 01,2022Our tree came defective. We ordered a full multi colored tree and the bottom of the tree had white lights. Called customer service 4x - no answer. Emailed twice - no answer. Disappointing for an almost $500 tree I am stuck with now. Probably would never recommend them as there is no customer service and defective products that are expensive.
