Nov 20,2022There was no tree stand in the box. Also one side of the tree is lacking in branches. I think I got a reject from another customer. I’m elderly so I am dealing with it. I bought this same tree 4 years ago & the lights were mostly out on it so I purchased the same one again cuz I really liked it. I used the stand from that tree.

Nov 19,202211/18/2022 the lady working the phones today that claims to be the manager is horrible!!! I was hung up on when I asked to speak to her boss. Items were not delivered on time as promised, the tree received was not as described and they won’t do a return.

Nov 19,2022I purchased 2 trees in November 2021 and the promised date was before Christmas. I did not receive it till Jan 2022 past the Holidays. That being said I had no reason to open the boxes and set up the trees. Now it's 2022 Holliday season and I was excited to set up the trees. Once I set them up I was extremely disappointed. The quality was not as described and the tree does not look like anything on the website at all. I could've gone and bought one at Target or Walmart for half the price. I called their customer service to see what they can do and I was rudely spoken to and hung up on twice. I pretty much lost about $1000 and nothing is being done. Please be aware and do not spend your money here. If you can go to a store and see it for yourself and the quality, please do so. Came back to update my review- I do want to say Marsha in customer service rep reached out to me and was very helpful. I do appreciate her help and for solving the issue I had.

Nov 18,2022The tree has great potential. Some of the branches are bent too far down at the trunk, no way to prop them back up. Also we lost a couple of the rubber tips, they just broke right off. It's an ok tree.

She has had real Christmas trees for 10 years and she wanted a white tree, so I purchased one from a reputable website. The white tree was cheep looking and was very pricey, but she used it anyway. I have redeemed my tree shopping efforts with your awesome tree selection. Thanks

Nov 13,2022Your customer service representative Leslie, was wonderful! I had an issue this morning with my online order going through twice using Paypal. When I first called, the customer service desk was not open and I had to leave a message, fearing that I would not be getting a call back any time soon. Leslie called me as soon as they opened! She was able to resolve the issue immediately and helped me to make sure only one order was placed. This was an expensive tree, so having the double charge was causing me a lot of anxiety, but she remedied that!

Nov 12,2022We received our tree within a few days of ordering and when we just set it up, we are so thrilled!!! It’s beautiful!! We love the natural and very realistic look. The lighting is beautiful. I was VERY picky about finding a very realistic tree without the fake fullness you find in most artificial trees. This tree is so realistic with its PE branch tips and the natural looking gaps between branches which is perfect for hanging ornaments. I wanted to steer clear of a perfectly shaped conical tree. This tree has the realism I was looking for. I also love the various lighting options with the remote/foot switch! I highly recommend this tree. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, the quality is definitely worth the price!!!

Nov 10,2022Easy to shape , very full and life like, I purchased the 3 foot tree and it is very sturdy. The only thing that I disliked was the stand. The plastic stand legs break off very easily.

Nov 20,2022The tree bag is the only one I've ever seen that is large enough for my Christmas tree. Very good quality, and I won't have to take my tree apart and put it together or "fluff" it every year. Will be nice just to roll it out and back to store.
