Jan 17,2024Your staff made our purchase very easy. For some reason our original tree order did not get registered. Your staff person found it, got it squared away. And when I said I wanted to order the storage bag she added extra lights to it to get the order qualified for free shipping. That saved us a little money. It was very good service.

Jan 16,2024The product has very little realism. The assembly instructions don’t match the tree. The metal pole holding the sections together is longer than the insert holes therefore the metal shows. The prices for this product is very highly inflated even with the sale. It is not worth the price.

Bought new artificial tree this year… was absolutely positive the old tree was a 7 footer, replacement tree was a 7 footer but some how it was shorter… turns out the old tree was 7.5 foot 🤦🏼♂️ this booster was just what was needed to give the illusion of a 6” taller tree.

We chose to purchase a 9' tree from Treetime over other online vendors because of their 3 season warranty & great after Christmas sale. Our new tree arrived in the stated 2-3 days. We found assembly of the 4 sections & connecting the lights easy & were thrilled with the appearance, even without the fluffing! Can't wait for the 2024 holiday season to see it decorated with our 50 year+ collection of hand-crafted ornaments from around the world.

Jan 10,2024Fast shipping and our 4.5 multi prelit tree is adorable! Super easy to put together, only two sections. Yes, it took two people about 20 minutes fluffing the branches (and there is a “hole” where we couldn’t get branches to fill-we turned it to the side and hung an ornament in it), but we love it. The tree was 350 lights prelit, and we added another 200 because my husband lives lights. I think the tree is fine with the 350, but do enjoy it with the additional ones. Bought a bag from Covers & All to store it assembled and upright.
