Sep 20,2024I phoned Trust Deed Scotland in distress and a feeling of nowhere to turn. I didn’t see any way out of my financial troubles and feared the worst. Once I called I was put through to Jason. I can not speak of Jason highly enough, from start to finish he has been there every step and advised of not only my options but also how to deal with the mess I have created. I am not in the clear yet as I am only at the beginning, but having someone like Jason in your corner making things possible has gave me not only hope I can sort out my financial problems but that I can kick on and achieve in spite of them. I now have a set plan in place and have made the step to sorting not just my financial issues but my life out. As I’ve said I can not speak of Jason highly enough and I now have a spring in my step and smile back on my face.

Simple process, made easier by using, text, internet and telephone. Face to face was also an option. Process has been quick and straight forward. My advisor, Tommy Gallacher, was supportive and explained everything clearly and was able to answer any questions I had. It's such a relief to know I'm not alone and that I don't need to worry about letters or phonecalls chasing money again. I'd recommend Tommy and Trustdeed Scotland in a heartbeat.

Sep 19,2024The best decision I’ve ever made after I paid all of my trust deed they helped me after this. They are there even if you are fully paid with the currant trust deed. Offer advise that is actually helpful and will actually work. Yes you make weekly/monthly payments but will never be what you are trying to pay off every month. Since 2016 have been the worst time since my dad was dying I gave up work to care for him and all of this snowballed. I worked at same company since was 18 and paid everything from wage mandate till my dad was dying of cancer. Worked nightshift 0 hour contracts to still work and pay bills and it just wasn’t enough. 2017 got back to the company but under umbrella of agency for same company and was stuck there for 3 tears before got contract again, set it all up again and was so far gone by then set up a trust deed. This allowed me breathing space. I’ve been given so much help and advice that has helped me in many ways. People can get into debt even when trying everything to get out of it sometimes it just needs something like trust deed to step in and organise it a lot better, and you are given breathing space and can finally finally stopped feeling sick, stop sleepless nights. Highly recommend!!
