My Will arrived in the mail, snail mail, very quickly. The best part was handling everything online. There was no need for me to get dressed up and talk face-to-face with a scary old lawyer.

Nov 27,2024The initial quiz we took that led us to pursuing a trust was helpful. The process of inserting our wishes into the documents was very manageable. We have found that the most difficult part is the funding of the trust. Some of our banks were very efficient and helpful while others are slow. We are currently having to hire an attorney to help with placing our home into the trust. Your suggestions and information about this process was helpful but I would suggest you include some language that might alert customers to the potential difficulties in completing the funding of the trust. The additions of pictures of personal items, jewelry, original paintings etc was very easy to maneuver.
