Trust and will was easy and simple without time and expense of an attorney. Attorneys are available if you need advice or question. Easy directions to follow. I received my will anda trust. Very professional. 100% satisfied.
No matter how you go about it, making a trust/will whatever is a major pain in the ass. Frustrating, stressful, and time consuming. Ridiculously REDUNDANT amout of legal mumbo jumbo to print out and in the end everything goes to our 2 adult children, plain and simple. Pay us hundreds of dollars plus hundreds more in add ons and hope you're doing it all correctly.
Easy to do. Mailed to me promptly.
Simple to follow. Quick response to questions. Thorough yet extensive estate plan. Thankful to get our estate plan in place.
The lawyer explained the entire process and clarified the documentation. He was absolutely great. He offered extra resources and information. It will make our entire process go more smoothly. I don't feel it's daunting anymore. Thank you, Robert Mansour.
The experience was positive and very simple to do. The price point was excellent!
This took all the stress out of doing this. We were able to notarize our will with no issues. Thank you so very much.
That I can do it all o line & no interaction with sales people
Terrible experience. I had an attorney to do it the right way and I'm sure I won't get a refund here. Horrible. Look elsewhere to find live people you can speak with. Total scam.
Easy and a productive . I did something I needed to do for years to protect my loved ones. And it's done. Still have some work to do but most of it is done
Dislike: can’t get estimates before paying.
All paperwork was easy to navigate
The program was easy to use as it guided me through each step/question.
Much of the forms can be easily filled out by a layperson. However, there are a few spots that are more cryptic and would require more explicit examples. There is no way to verify if the forms are properly filled out till a lawyer or a competent trust specialist reviews the documents, requiring more cost. Customizing provisions are not available.
Trust & Will did make the process easy to navigate through all the steps. The only thing that did not work for us is we wanted a co-trustee but that is only possible if you are a spouse. We wanted a sister and/or daughter to be co-trustee but that is not an option.
Have nothing in writing
The trust and will development process is simple, complete, and intuitive. The online educational resources are indispensable. Customer service staff are knowledgeable and professional. We feel Trust & Will offers a great value to people interested in reliable independent estate planning efforts.
Easy to use and saves time and money.
For generating a basic Will and POAs for your state, without lawyer review, it's probably good enough. But it isn't as mature, complete, usable, OR accurate as, say, HelloPrenup. Examples: - HP allows you to collect questions along the way, even in context (I think), for eventual review with a lawyer. - HP allows you to generate the documents in Word format. (Which would be helpful for making minor updates, or to improve readability given the clunky formatting in sections of T&W docs.) - Currently there is no obvious way to explicitly choose "per stirpes" distributions to descendants instead of just the named beneficiaries; nor to have Specific Gifts refer to an Addendum (tangible personal property list). - Some advanced options are immature, and hidden, triggered by other selections. Specifically the testamentary trust is triggered by setting an age contingency; and thus limited to trusts for minors, with proceeds eventually being released to that beneficiary, and no choice for its Trustee(s). (We needed a family trust during the life of a second spouse, with other beneficiaries after the trust.) - The network of available lawyers still seems lacking, at least for our state; and it doesn't seem like the lawyer can view/share the draft docs in an integrated conf call.

Feb 18,2025It was easy to create my will and then Trust & Will printed and sent everything to me with clear directions of what I needed to do. They also made it easy to get a notary that would come to me with the two witnesses that is needed. I highly recommend Trust & Will for your estates needs.
