I found the experience using trust and will was great. The software walked me thru the necessary steps and questions so the will and health care docs could be completed. The documents were generated nicely for signatures and verification and ready to store. Thank you for making this process easy.

We were given a Quote of $2,400.00 to have our trust done. We were given this website thru Navy Credit union and recieved a discount. Still doing it ourself was so easy to follow step by step for Will, Trust and our last directive along with personalizing your assets. Keeping it right around $500.00. More foot work but worth the savings

Trust & Will went out of their way to see that my paperwork was notarized with two witnesses and it is now legal and put away for safe keeping. I had trouble finding a notary who would notarize a will in NJ but they provided one for me. Now I am content and happy.

The will process was made easy with the online prompts along the way. The printed will arrived as promised a week later. We used the mobile notary thru Trust and Will and that was a pleasant experience as well. Thank you.

This is such an amazing way to make a trust or will! Documents are thorough and encompassed everything we needed and frankly, included areas we hadn’t thought of! We purchased the plan with Attorney support and annual adjustments if needed…for a VERY small annual fee, you can add/delete, modify documents without huge costs! WE SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS using TrustAndWill, compared to the cost of our previous Trust and Will. It will save our beneficiaries thousands of dollars in Probate and we have made the important decisions so our children will not have to! Take care of yourselves and your heirs and don’t wait another day to protect yourselves and them…TrustAndWill is the way to go!

I am extremely frustrated. My husband gets a discount on online estate planning with this company through his work, but although their rates are reasonable, we can’t afford to pay upfront. I got an email today that said I could make payments with no fees or financing and then I get to their website and it’s through Klarna which charges interest. I reached out to support and they apologized and said they’d escalate it but I disappointed they wouldn’t check their facts before sending out that info. If my math is correct if I did the lowest option I would pay almost $100 in interest. It is highly unlikely I will be using their services.
