This was the easiest way to do my Trust &Will.I have been putting off making a will for years and didn’t want to go to a lawyer . The step by step was amazing .

1)They did not have capability to resest my password and texted me to try at a later time. 2) when I texted support I was in a loop 4 times . The final time I was put on hold so they could speak to others in support. After 6 minutes, they terminated the text due to inactivity caused by them.

It was so important that I got this done in a timely manner and this program allowed me to do that, I don’t have a huge estate worth millions of dollars but if something were to happen to me I was able to direct what I have to the people I love and care for.

Very easy WEB site. Confusing regarding the need for a trust which was costly and probably unnecessary. I was informed that my documents could be sent but had no way to figure out how. I executed the draft docs when I completed the input.

I had problems notarizing but I was helped by someone at trust and will and they facilitated the process for me and I was able to complete the process. Most companies leave you to solve your own problems but it was refreshing to receive their help and support.

The user experience was perfect. My example was the communication from T&W which was always pushing me (Meg) to get all of my documents completed and notarization completed. This completes a New Year's resolution and makes me feel better about my family after I am gone. T&W was the best!!!!!!!!!!!
