Aug 15,2024The process was pretty easy. The only problem I had was the printing of the documents. I had to pay $35 more because I couldn't get the documents to print correctly. They would print fine and then all of a sudden a page or two would come out blurry so you could not read it.

Aug 13,2024It was laid out in such a manner that it was easy to follow. It was relatively quick to fill out, as long as you know "who gets what". I would recommend it to anyone who cannot afford an attorney. The most "difficult" part was getting it notarized in front of two witnesses, and even that was pretty simple. Do it...life is short and you don't want your family to be entangled in legal battles after you are gone!

It’s state specific, easy to navigate, and walks you through each phase so you don’t miss a document that you will need. The help is always there so it was a great experience. Aug 13,2024I was unable to edit my plan. When I tried to get help. My messages were answered by computers. I was unable to contact a person. It looks like they want me to choose a higher priced plan in order to communicate with a person so far, this has been worthless.
