Aug 01,2024The entire process was very easy. Just answer the questions and the program creates the will. My one suggestion would be to explain the notary area of the paperwork more clearly. My notary was very inexperienced and didn't know some of the forms or terms used. Expected me to direct him where to sign.

Aug 01,2024I don’t know about complex wills or trusts, but if all you need is a simple will, this is definitely the way to go. The online experience is very smooth; I was able to complete my simple will in about 30 minutes. That includes the will itself, a durable power of attorney, an advance health directive and authorization to release medical information (HIPAA). When I was done I let it sit for a few days, during which time I was able to go back in and change a few things. The website is very well organized and simple to navigate. The printed documents arrived well protected and ready for notarization. A great experience overall; I give Trust & Will 5 stars without hesitation.

Jul 31,2024The user interface is good. It's a smooth process to complete the documents, but you still have to print out the documents, and get notarized signatures, including some number of witnesses. This is the hurdle stopping me from completing the process and having valid documents.
