Aug 11,2024Overly complex process. You will find it difficult to navigate and to gain control of your documents unless you are tech savvy . Customer service does respond to requests but all they offer is complex instructions to try to get though their already complex system . Would not recommend.

I don't have people that can witness the document, so I needed to be able to have someone sign them and I sign them and then offer the notary services. Therefore, I have the same thing I would have had if I had just done it myself.

Aug 08,2024My husband died June 5 so I needed to create a trust for myself. Trust and Will had all the necessary templates. Once completed it was easy for me to print out the documents and “what to do next” instructions. Since I have no children, I must have changed beneficiaries and gifts more than a dozen times until I was satisfied but that too was easy to do. I added attorney services and had a call with an estate attorney to review the trust with me, reassuring that the trust was done correctly.
