Jul 19,2024Incredibly easy process and very refreshing to experience the Trust & Will undertaking. Most everything was perfect, however, the public notary experience could have been a bit better. I utilized the recommended notary via T&W and received the confirmation email of the time and date that I chose to fit in with my very busy schedule. Unfortunately, the time and date that I chose was only a "request" according to the actual notary public service. They denied my requested date and time and would not work with my schedule, but only theirs, which they requested a weekend for our scheduled appointment. This did not sit well with me and I told them that the weekend is a hard no and that I will find someone else to work with, and then I hung up on them. The notary public then proceeded to call me incessantly to "work out a compromise" but nothing but the date and time that I originally requested would work for me. They eventually acquiesced and all ended well. This was by no means the fault of T&W but please keep this in mind if you want to request a notary public through T&W, and that the time you input is only a request and not a solid appointment.

Jul 18,2024I was unable to make the distribution of my assets as I had planned. Evidently Trust and Will software is unable to handle a decimal. I was pretty much told I would have to decide who I liked better and give them the extra distribution, instead of giving each the same share. My idea is to have Trust and Will fix their software to accept decimals and enter the 21st century.

I love the prompts throughout the process - understanding what needs to be done next. And the printing is done for free. T&W is totally comprehensive.
