Jul 11,2024I wish the separate notary requirement was predominantly noted early on. I also wish there were additional trust types. Do not recommend and haven’t been able to finish months later. Waste of money.

Jul 10,2024Very little follow up. In my opinion I felt like all you wanted was for me to sing up not very informative. Just felt like all I did was fill out forms with out any guidance and then you sent me printed copies.

Jul 10,2024It was not easy for me to get these documents notarized. I still haven't done it. After investigating I found that in Illinois it really does not have to be notarized you just have to have to witnesses to your signature. I'm not sure I would recommend this to anyone. You're better just going to a lawyer's office.

During my reviews I asked a set of questions related to this service three consecutive times. Each time, customer service promptly responded to all my questions in detail and with clarity. This experience has given me the confidence that if the service meets my needs and I purchase it, I would be given the same attention during the service use if I ran into further questions.
