My main point of contact was Helen and she was brilliant throughout my claim, she was patient with my lack of understanding regarding legal matters and far exceeded expectation of my claim. I obviously hope to never need there services again but would have no hesitation in contacting them if I did.

We were contacted by Frances Ledbury who, calmly, skillfully and sucessfully navigated the expidited process of obtaining a visa for my wife to travel to the U.K. from the U.S.A. We are very greatful for her work on our behalf and feel fortunate to have contacted Truth Legal in the first place. We were quoted a price for the work and apart from a minor charge from the processing company in the U.S. for scanning services, that was the amount that we paid.

My case was very complex, took over 15 months of time and it was personally sensitive, but Mirek did not judge the situation. Jan 08,2024I knew after finishing my telephone call with Francis that I had found the right person to help my Son and his fiancée embark on their immigration journey. As a parent, not knowing anything about immigration visa’s I was looking for someone who would take the time to explain the process to me and then work with the youngsters moving forward. It was important to me that they had the same person to deal with throughout, that would be welcoming, helpful and supportive and that they were able to contact them with any questions that came up as they went along. I can’t recommend Francis highly enough. She is exceptionally professional at her job, prompt with her correspondence and a real pleasure to deal with. Her patient, calm and friendly nature is an absolute life saver when you are stressed and knowing that she is always there at the end of the phone for you is totally reassuring. Her commitment to her clients is flawless, she genuinely cares about each individual person. Francis stayed up until near midnight to ensure that our application was submitted prior to the price increase and has been there for us as a family even after the visa was granted and her work concluded, fully supporting us with answering our questions when we panicked about the new immigration rules announced in December 2023. I have no hesitation in recommending Francis and have already asked her if she would represent my Son and his partner throughout the five year journey ahead and completely vouch for the ethos of the company in general ‘making sure legal services are accessible to all.’ Initial advice was free and the fees we paid for the inclusive service were very reasonable (half of what I was quoted elsewhere) and when I think of how much work was done for that and the help and contact received, it is exceptional value. I don’t have the words to express the joy of seeing my Son and his partner sharing Christmas with us after being separated for four years.
