Oct 17,2021First of all, thank you Michelle Lee - it was a pleasure to work with you over a few naturally stressful months. We were going to handle a Partner Visa ourselves as I had some experience with visas, but then we decided that a Partner Visa isn’t quite as straightforward and we are so glad that we chose Truth Legal. Michelle was so easy to work with, very responsive and professional - she provided insights on our case and offered comments on our documents - she has made the whole process far less stressful than it would have been! I’m currently waiting for my BRP after being told our application was sucessful, we're so happy we turned to the help of Truth Legal/ Michelle and now it’s only a matter of time!

I was very happy with the result and it was easy to keep track of what my final bill would be, as this was made clear throughout. Lucy was understanding, friendly and professional. She often would work late and update me out of usual working hours as well. I’m really pleased with the service from her and Truth Legal. Whilst I hope not to need legal advice in the future, they would be my first port of call given the positive experience I’ve had with them.

Now that the claim has reached its conclusion I can responsibly say that the process has been completely transparent and that all agreements have been fully respected. They showed the highest levels of professionalism in any communications and are thorough at very stage, especially Lucy. She took over the case when the solicitor who has originally been dealing with it left the company. All her instructions and advice were very clear, reassuring, and she paid attention to every little detail, leaving no errors or doubts throughout the whole process. Great work Lucy!

Aug 11,2021I can wholeheartedly recommend Michelle for any EU National who stumbles across problems with their Naturalisation application. My qualifying period was a patchwork of work and studies which forced me to confront the quagmire that is the Comprehensive Sickness Insurance requirement. After a 60-min chat with Michelle, she was able give me advice on my situation in a simple and clear manner. After a couple of days, she provided me with a list of documents I needed to collect. Throughout the process, Michelle has always stayed in touch, provided continuous assistance and showed true ingenuity in transforming complex matters into manageable information. Her attention to detail and genuine involvement gave me great peace of mind. Now that my application has been sent off and awaiting the biometric appointment, I must say - I am confident about the outcome!

From their initial review of my case right through to settlement negotiations and final pay-out, Helen provided clear and sound advice at each stage and was always quick to respond to any queries I may have had including several conference calls with expert witnesses and barristers - All of which really helped to keep me happy during the process. Her experience in the field meant that I felt confident that the right decisions were being made in what turned out to be a complex case. She managed expectations in terms of timeframes and pay-outs and in the end and when it came settlement, Helen negotiated a sum that I was extremely happy with.
