Apr 23,2021I recently used Truth Legal’s visa services for applying for a new spouse visa. It was a completely new visa route for me and I was not familiar with the process. I wouldn’t have had such an easy process without the help of Mr. MacWilliam. He made the whole process trouble-free for me and my partner. I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided.

Apr 21,2021After an accident at work I called Helen at Truth Legal to proceed with a claim against my company. She was extremely helpful and after taking details of the accident, she took it from there. I have to say I haven’t got a bad word to say about Truth Legal. Helen was by my side all the way to the end of the claim, informing me by email and phone of each step and outcome along the way until it’s successful end. Thank you so much Helen I couldn’t wish for a better solicitor.

Apr 17,2021After some difficulties with my previous employer I decided to get some clarification and advice around my redundancy and pay... and I am so glad I did! Not only did they provide advice around employment law that I was unaware of but it was done in plain English too! Thanks to Truth Legal I have successfully reached an agreement with my previous employers that will keep my family going for a few months. Thanks guys!

Apr 16,2021Whilst unable (due to time limits) to assist directly with my potential financial mis-selling claim against two shysters (one a so-called IFA, the other a household name building society) I have to record that the advice able to be given was excellent and I found the advisor personable and professional. I have no reservations in recommending the firm.

Apr 16,2021It's Thursday today. I phoned last Friday morning and was promised a call back on Monday, if not the same day. I didn't get a call. I phoned again yesterday morning and was promised a call back the same day and again didn't get one. I phoned again today and was told that there are 2 lawyers and they're getting 50-60 calls per day. That's not an excuse for not keeping their word. How can they possibly cope with that volume of cases and do them all justice? I've found a much more professional firm now thankfully. REPLY TO RESPONSE: Your number is (01423) 788538, correct? I'd post a screenshot of my call logs showing the 4 calls I made to your office if the platform allowed it. It's not my fault if the information that you gave me is incorrect. And I didn't say 60-70. Who would trust a law firm that can't even get these basic details correct?

Apr 15,2021Following an accident at work leaving me with two fractured elbows I initially sought the help of a different Personal Injury solicitor; when my emails and calls went repeatedly unanswered I opted to change to Truth Legal having read some excellent reviews. They were not wrong. My solicitor Helen Beaumont has been absolutely amazing from start to finish and I would recommend her very highly. My case has proven long and at times, arduous but this has largely been due to Helen's drive and determination for everything to be right. Helen has kept me updated constantly, has always responded to my calls/emails in a timely manner and her advice has been invaluable. One of her best qualities has been not to make false promises, as I am aware some personal injury solicitors could. She has been honest and straight forward throughout the process, which is what I wanted. My case has now been settled to my huge satisfaction with a much better outcome than I ever imagined. Apr 06,2021I contacted Truth Legal after the solicitor provided by my household insurance cover told me that my Unfair Dismissal claim would not succeed. Navya and Yvonne listened to my story, reviewed the documentation and agreed to help. They attended Tribunal Hearings on my behalf, keeping me updated at all times about the next stages of the process. Finally after 18 months the company settled before the final Tribunal Hearing. They helped at every stage and without them I would not have succeeded.

Mar 09,2021I am very happy with Louis MacWilliam at Truth Legal. Our application was a bit tricky. I am divorced and getting married the second time with a divorcee with a teen son from her first marriage. They both had Indian nationality. Louis analysed our situation and advised us accordingly. So many times I thought I was ready to apply but Louis was not - hence I had to keep going back to the drawing board and getting my documents in order. This delayed our application by almost 4 months. Only when Louis was 100% happy with the documentations - he allowed us to apply. Infact, my wife's and son's application was so spot on that we were not even called once by the Home office, my wife and her son did not even have to go for an interview. They were called in just to take the stamped passport with the visa ! I will give Louis 10/10 for his expertise and guidance. Will definitely be using Louis for the visa extension in 2 years time !

Feb 27,2021I had a great experience with the Truth Legal Solicitors / Immigration department, in the process of becoming a British citizen. A special thank you to Louis! Highly professional, the documents stage was flawless and the whole process was very smooth. I am realising the work was quite laborious, from organizing all the documents to creating the cover letter for the Nationality Departament UKVI, all tasks were accomplished to the highest standard. Professional, outstanding, patient, clear, transparent, and extremely supportive. The communication was always extremely prompt. Highly recommend.

Feb 21,2021Due to a Head Injury accident at work in 2016. I entered into a No win No fee agreement with Truth Legal to seek advice. I must admit at the time I was very worried about going down this route as you do hear horror stories in media. My first impression was totally wrong. When I first met Georgina as my first point of contact who started my case for a personal injury case. I found Georgina very welcoming, Helen took over the conduct of my case to closure. I cant' thank both of these ladies enough for seeing my case through. In legal mitigation there was many hurdles to overcome. Their communication skills are exemplary and kept me up to date on events as it happened. Experience has taught me in life, as long as your are truthful and honest in your claim to succeed. Feb 17,2021The marketing information for this company is highly misleading. After their huge emphasis on being a firm that will pick up claims where you're not happy with your current representative, it should be far more clear that they will only look at your case if there's enough profit in it for them. If you have "Truth" as your company name, there needs to be absolute transparency or you run the risk of negative feedback! If I'd known this was the case, I wouldn't have wasted my time contacting them.

Feb 05,2021I was very sceptical about using a ‘no win, no fee’ legal firm after suffering an injury at work but after researching some of those available I decided to give Truth Legal a try. I have to say I’m very pleased with the service and outcome achieved. My case was handled by a very pleasant lady called Catherine who went through everything with me and explained everything in plain English and kept me informed of any progress (or lack of) throughout. The pre-claim paper work was simple and clearly written and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Truth Legal. Thank you Catherine.
