Well... I've now read all the bad reviews which would have been worrying had I checked before. But my experience has been excellent. I ordered an expensive supplement which was at an excellent price from Turmeric and honey and it arrived 2 days later. They are saying they've upgraded their systems so let's give them another chance. If I need more of my supplement I would be willing to order again.
I made a large order with them for a customer of mine. I couldn't find the products I needed from the other companies I usually use, but Tumeric & Honey had them in stock or so I thought. On their website it stated they had it in stock but in fact they didn't, they took the money and told me they would send it out to me when it arrived back in stock. They told me it would be the following week. On the following Thursday I had to contact them to ask them if it was back in stock, and they said maybe next week. I then had to contact them again regarding this because now my customer was asking and worrying about the amount he'd and we hadn't heard ansthing. I then asked them for a refund. Bearing in mind you can't call them, you can only email them and each time you email, they take 24 hours to reply! So by this point I spent so much time emailing them and asking them questions that shoud have already been relayed to me. They finally emailed to say they would be refunding me my £71.18 When I asked when would I be refunded as the the refund wasn't back on my card, they replied with - It will be done when it's done!!! I then sent them a complaint, telling them their customer service was crap, and that if I didn't get a refund that day I'd be reporting them to Trading standards. Even after that they still didn't tell me when the money would be back on my card, apparently it takes 3-5 working days, so it will basically take me 2 weeks to get the money back from a product they should have stated wasn't in stock.
The worst supplement shop experience. Items not delivered for weeks, emails ignored and responses with 1 sentence. They don't care about your experience or order issues, don't take accountability for mistakes. Won't use ever again.
What is going on with businesses today - is there no integrity left? I added lots of products to my basket, then asked about another product which they added online for me. I then asked if the total price + shipping included import duties, I was told "no" but that Tumeric & Honey would offer me a 10% discount as I am a first time customer. There was a problem with the 10% off code so I was asked to wait till they fix it. I have patiently waited for hours for them to sort this out just to be sent an email and be told, sorry there is no 10% off code?
The few positive reviews show that this company CAN get it right. However, the much larger number of negative reviews - of which this is one - shows that they very often don't. I ordered some ointment from them on 19th November, for which payment was taken. A few days later, they emailed to say this item was on back-order and they'd let me know when it was back in stock. SO - 1st area for improvement - keep your website up to date with stock levels. 2nd area for improvement - if something is out of stock, tell the customer immediately, and if there is no known date for new stock to arrive , offer a refund. As I needed the ointment immediately, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This has taken two weeks to arrive and several reminder emails from me, chasing it up. (I got it today, December 7th) 3rd area for improvement - issue refunds immediately. Don't say "Your refund will be issued asap." That's guaranteed to lose trust. 4th area for improvement - take customer service seriously. It can make or break your business and with so many negative reviews here, it does look as if you're astonishingly unwilling/unable to learn from your mistakes. When people can easily choose to shop elsewhere, don't be surprised if they do!

Delivery service for this company is terrible there’s plenty better company’s out there so shop about wouldn’t recommend at all… 😡 Wait for the message back we have upgraded our service that’s a utter lie they use cheap delivery service 😡
I was nervous of ordering after reading all the negative reviews on here, but I ordered on the 4th November and it was here on the 5th. Can't fault it.
Awful service from a company my mum relies on for some important medication. I made 2 purchases with them before and it was fine, on my 3rd purchase in October they haven’t delivered my order and refuse to get back to me by email or calls. I will have to write to Trading Standards.
First time ordering from them, it was a very fast delivery. The product helped a lot and the smell is really good. I will buy again in the future!
The site has many options and verity and you can find almost everything you are searching. The customer support is very helpful and they solved my mistake really quick.
