Dec 12,2023I phoned for advice on my order - the response wasn't particularly friendly but was definitely knowledgeable and helpful. The DPD delivery was dreadful - they tried to deliver to the wrong address instead of my defined safe place and finally left it in matalan for me to pick up.

Dec 05,2023Great value! I purchased a Record 8” bench grinder online the day before Black Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday intact. The lowest price on the internet and free delivery . I haven’t used it other than to test it but it runs well and smoothly and is built like a tank . Service obviously very good so I shall be keeping my eye open for further purchases.
