Nov 10,2023I wanted to buy a chuck for a second hand lathe I had recently bought, I wasn’t sure what adapter I needed so i put them in the shopping basket but didn’t go to checkout. I then got an email saying ring this number if you need help. I rang the number and was told exactly what adapter I needed. The man then processed my order and took payment over the phone. My goods arrived two days later and fit perfectly. This is perfect customer service.
