Dec 29,2023Quick delivery over the Christmas period. Well packaged. The cheese knife blades are high quality at a reasonable price. Used the multi scraper in turning the knife handles. Only regret I didn’t get this tool earlier. Easy to achieve a fine finish. More versatile than the skew with virtually no risk of significant damage to the user or workpiece.
