Dec 22,2023The Turners Retreat Associate I spoke with on the phone couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. I was desperate to locate the remainder of gold apple leaves we needed for a project for our daughter’s wedding, and your associate was so kind and assured me the leaves were identical to the ones we had purchased earlier from Axminster Tools (who had sold out of them and weren’t certain of when they would be in stock again). I will not hesitate to order from Turners Retreat in the future!

Dec 21,2023I made a purchase online and received confirmation from PayPal but not Turner's Retreat. 2 weeks later it took 2 phone calls to establish that my items were out of stock, then 10 days after the new supplies were due, I had to make another call before the order was posted. It has now safely arrived, but I was not kept informed by the firm about what was happening.
