Apr 22,2025Have ordered quite a few products from Tutti Bambini over the years. Most recently very pleased with the customer service experience; thank you Irene! I have a Cozee crib and misplaced the attachment straps. I had been unable to find a replacement anywhere and then contacted customer services. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement strap out to my house for free.

Apr 22,2025Both blankets had a strong chemical smell from the factory. After washing to remove the smell, the hems on both blankets had already come unstitched and started to fray. They're certainly soft and comfortable, but expensive for something which doesn't seem like it's going to last.

Recently moved home and unfortunately lost some of the parts to the wardrobe during the move - Yasmine was great to deal with and really helpful in arranging replacement parts so we could re-assemble in the new house.

Apr 16,2025Love the carrier. Straightforward and simple to use. Given it 4 stars because I find that it is difficult to get it very snug and tight by yourself once you get the baby in. You will need some sort of support from someone else to tighten it.

Apr 15,2025Yasmine from customer service was great in helping with my order. I live on a new build estate and can't rely on all parcel delivery services. After reaching out to tutti bambini to ask who they use as a courier I got a reply within an hour saying the courier can be manually selected for my order and after placing my order this was done according to my instructions within 1.5 hours! Brilliant service.

Apr 15,2025I am absolutely delighted to be writing this review today - I have been dealing with a lady called Nickie who honestly has been a huge support on resolving our issues on the incorrect size mattress’s and damage to one of our cots. This was a stressful time for us, and with ease and absolutely no question Nickie was super professional and extremely helpful - all resolved within 12 hours, with a delivery next day. Couldn’t recommend more - Thank you!!!
