Mar 19,2025Contacted Tutti Bambini customer service after we misplaced the cover for our playpen. Yasmine was super helpful in arranging a replacement. Delighted with the quality of the playpen too. It matches our living room furniture well and my baby boy loves playing in it.

Mar 19,2025My Tutti Bambini Cozzee is faulty and customer service will not respond to my emails on how to put a complaint in. The crib itself rocks when on any setting other than one. Making the surface uneven for my newborn which then creates a tilt. Because of the tilt his face is being pushed against the material and isn’t safe. The respond I received after ringing multiple times was that the rocking is normal for being on height six. But they wouldn’t answer whether this was safe for a newborn. I am unable to use the product as I’m worried my baby is going to suffocate he is only 5 weeks old and unable to lift his head or body by himself. I shouldn’t have to ring to chase a response for my emails. I still haven’t had an answer on how to file a complaint. I would not recommend!!

Mar 19,2025Reassembling the Tutti Bambina Rio I discovered I had misplaced two screw bolt. Within 24 hours of contacting the company, the replacement parts have already been dispatched. Great product and incredible customer service.

I received the wardrobe and a couple of items were damaged from delivery and Casandra from support team has been a blessing and resolved the issue as quick as possible. Great company with great product and support.

Mar 18,2025Great service and swift reply. Had recently brought a tutti baby play pen to add to our collection of tutti products. In my haste to recycle the card box I accidentally recycled the storage bag for it. Contacted tutti via email and had a response in less than 24 hours. Offering to send out a replacement bag free of charge and just needed my address. Sent them my address and a replacement one sent out the same day. Can't fault Yasmine who I dealt with for speed and quality of service

Mar 17,2025Great brand, we have bought all our nursery furniture from them and it is quality furniture. We have also come across a couple of slight issues during purchasing, One of which one of the items had a mark on and they offered to replace the defective part, the other we could not find the correct screws for the shelves and they have agreed to post us the required fixings. Absolutely great customer service. A special thanks to Cassandra who dealt with the latest issue.

I also wasn’t an easy customer as I kept on changing my mind, but they were always responsive to my (many) emails. It was also helpful to have a real person to speak to in the lovely Nickie. Such an amazing service.

Mar 14,2025Didn’t have the best experience first order was sent out got my mattress forgot to send my cot so then had to wait was told next day it will be sent still wasn’t sent a week later was told again it was being sent out waiting again still nothing so had to call again! It was an absolute nightmare no fault of the girl that helped me over the phone

Mar 13,2025We recently visited the Baby Show at the London Excel and both Vicky & Emma were amazing help with looking at nursery furniture to help us decide the best option and package to purchase. Even down to the different options for mattress and talking through each of them in detail and the benefits for longer term which made our decision making a lot easier. They both spent alot of time with us to make sure we were happy with our choices before placing the order. Brilliant show deal to also get a nursing chair included in the cot, wardrobe & drawers bundle - thank you!

I purchased a nursery set for my baby boy nearly 2 years ago, and after 12 months of daily use, the drawer bottom had fallen through on some of the drawers. I contacted Tutti Bambini via email to ask if I could buy additional parts to repair the drawers. Within 2 hours and in just 3 emails, Irene had replied and arranged 4 replacement parts to be delivered to me, free of charge. They arrived within 2 days. Thank you so much Irene, for being so quick, efficient and friendly!

Mar 12,2025I purchased these for my daughter in law, 3 years ago I bought her the tuti next to bed crib with the sheets. She tried others but in the end she asked me were I had bought the sheets from. She came round to pick some more I bought her. She brought a couple of sets from a very well known high end retailer. I could not believe how beautifully sort these sheets were, until I had felt the others. Oh I knew how soft and gentle they were, but after she asked me to feel the others. Wow what an eye opener it was especially were they were pitched from. So she now 6 weeks away from giving birth and I told her I was going to buy her some more from tuti because they are the best you can buy for a baby. We know that through experience. Oh trust me she did try a few other brands as well as those from the right end retailer. In the end she said what I thought these by far were more superior to any other thst had been purchased.
