Do not order from this company. I paid £269 for a cot which has not been delivered. Since confirmation ive received no update and both their email and phones don’t work. One says their sick and the email bounced!!! Beware:(

If only I had a product to review. Four packages have been with DX since 27th March, for 12 days now, and they still can't deliver them to an address 90 minutes away from their depot. I've had four different delivery days promised, DX tell me to talk to Tutti Bambini, they blame DX. Meanwhile I need a cot and will be making alternative arrangements as can't keep waiting for customer service to make an effort to resolve. Management aren't interested in giving me a call to discuss. No option but to review their dreadful service rather than items. Update....cancelled order last night and asked for full refund. This morning DX called as they wanted to deliver 2 of the 4 packages! Not interested as had enough of poor service from both parties and what's the point of a part order!!! However, Tutti Bambini won't process the refund until they have their goods back. Cash flow issues perhaps if they don't refund when they have screwed up?
I purchased a 2 piece set of a cot and draws from Tutti Bambini on the 8th March. I have gone back and forth for almost 5 weeks now due to three errors with my order. Firstly they sent me a wrong item, i had to inform them and get this collected, secondly 1 item as missing, which again took time to rectify, and thirdly they sent the wrong size mattress for the cot which also needed resolving. I am heavily pregnant and due any moment, i live on my own, i found this extremely stressful to deal with as i needed this cot up and ready before baby came , and unfortunately i dont have anyone to help. I am extremely disappointed by the company, they simply offered me £25 and said they could not help me further. Never experienced this type of robotic service before.

Very quick and helpful customer service from Irene. Email sent Saturday afternoon and by Monday lunchtime had a replacement part in the post despite it being 7 years since original purchase.
I recently moved house and lost all the parts to put my chest changer back together i contacted tutti bambini about my problem and casandra was very help fully in identifying the product and got the bits I needed sent out to me free of charge very helpfully service
Ordered the rocking bars for the cozee next to me, but unfortunately they do not fit this model. On the same day they arrived, I went on the website to organise a return. This has to be done via email which is unusual as most companies now have a very easy and quick process. Email response is a £10 collection fee with no other options on returning items. I’ve already paid £18 + delivery for the item. Seems like this company are mostly concerned with making money from the consumer whatever way they can and I certainly won’t be using them in the future. Addendum: Received an email from customer services to try and rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. Good customer service like this does go a long way for users. Have changed my rating based on this and the fact I like the products but would encourage Tutti Bambini to reconsider return fees!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Irene regarding a broken part of my sons highchair, she provided great customer service was very polite and prompt in solving my queries with quick replies. My issue was resolved in just a few emails, will definitely be purchasing more tutti bambini products as now I know they have a fantastic customer service team.
Very bad experience with delivery.. The parcels was open... They left the parcel in main door of the building not at my flat door.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. We placed an order in December and we are still waiting on some of the items being delivered despite being advertised as being dispatched in no longer than 4 weeks yet here we are 13 weeks later. If we had not rang to check on the order after waiting 6 weeks we still would not have received any of the items, the customer support representatives will lie to you and say the items will be coming in stock in the next few weeks but when you ring them back weeks later the story still remains the same. We are still missing 2 of our items and the company now refuses to respond to our emails despite them promising that this was being looked at and that a manager would ring with an update this still has not happened and we were forced as a last resort to contact our bank to reclaim the money for the missing items via a chargeback. I would never again do business with this company, the company does not care even remotely about its customers or in providing products without chasing them. They should take a serious think about shutting up shop if they cannot be bothered what a laughable joke of an experience this has been
Spoke to Casandra about our twins essential alba cot beds as the mattress base were damaged for both cot beds. Casandra has arranged for both parts to be sent out straightaway. Extremely impressed and grateful with how this was handled and responded to. Excellent customer service, would 100% recommend!

The Rio cotbed was on my son & daughter-in-laws wish list for their first baby. I ordered it as it was in the sale with £60 off. It was delivered 2 days later. They found it very easy to assemble and great quality. All in all very impressed with company and will most likely be buying more items in the future.
