Nickie’s customer service is outstanding! Asset to your team
We required a spare part for our Nova highchair after it was damaged in a house move. I contacted customer services and Nickie came back to me quickly resolving my query and sorting out the spare part and it arrived a day later! Both Nickie’s customer service and the Nova highchair are brilliant. I would recommend to anyone!
Great product and customer service
Tutti Bambini's customer service department has been difficult to communicate with. My husband and I purchased the Noah rocking chair at the London Baby Expo in Oct 2024. As I was only due in April 2025 their sales team assured me that they would store this item for me in a warehouse until I needed it. I contacted them in Jan 25 to ensure I knew the process to have this item delivered, to prevent stress closer to the time of giving birth. I was informed that all I needed to do was to email their service team on the email I had been using to communicate with them 7 days ahead of when I needed the item and they would arrange delivery. I then emailed on the 12th March requesting delivery on the 24th March. I asked if I could add another two items to the order. It took a while for them to actually let me know if they could add these to the order. Eventually they did, but then invoiced me for the added items as well as the full price of the rocking chair we had already paid for. It took further emails and calls and me again having to provide evidence of the completed payment in Oct 24 before they would acknowledge that we had in fact already paid for it. Despite the fact that I was still using the email chain with their reference and order number and their emailed proof of order and payment. Then whilst awaiting for the corrected invoice, I have subsequently been informed that they no longer have this item in stock. The item we paid for and was supposedly in a warehouse for us. Out of desperation to try and get this resolved on the 26th March I contacted the customer service I was promised that a customer service manager - would call me before 17:30 that day. I asked for a reference number for the call, but was told that you do not keep these. I asked what my next steps would be if someone didn’t call me back today but I was assured that someone would. I then asked for a direct phone number or email address in the event I did not receive a call back but I was promised I would get a call. I was not contacted. It took a further two days of me calling and emailing before I heard back from the customer service team. I was at a loss with this experience I have had with this company. The company has been in touch to sort this out for us since I posted this review. It is the 2nd April, we now have the chair.

I needed some screws for my Modena cot bed and Irene was super helpful getting it sent over and very quickly too, thanks so much!
To be honest it's the best purchase I did for my 2yr old and myself as she has time next to me and not asking for a hug all the time that I try to cook or wash the dishes. At the same time, my daughter started to help me and learn about cooking, washing and playing etc. Also, it doesn't take space on my kitchen as it's not too wide the specific helper as I have seen from the friends one. That's why everyone asking me where is from. Everyone loves the colour too! The only thing, it's not too steady, what I mean, my 2 year old can push it and sometimes when she try to stand up it's a bit wobbling.
My wee one can get a bit over excited in the highchair, thrusting back and forth, long story short, Yasmine from customer service was fab. Her response was quick and she arranged for a the spare back rest be sent out! Very friendly and great customer service from Tutti Bambini
I emailed customer services about a part of my nova highchair I was missing. I was speaking to customer services assistant Yasmine who was very helpful, quick replies and sent me out a replacement which arrived all very quickly and efficiently. Great service. And we love the nova highchair too. Thank you :)
I bought the cozee air bedside crib. Great size and easy assembly. A few months later I needed to travel but couldn’t find the travel bag- not sure whether it came with the crib or whether I had just misplaced it. Sent an email to customer service and received a prompt reply offering to send me a replacement. Yasmine was wonderful and sorted out my issue in an instant!
I contacted Tutti Bambini in relation to some spare parts for a second hand cozee lite which we had purchased. The seller failed to mention these parts were missing and unfortunately, are not purchasable online. The customer service received by Yasmine was second to none. She was fast, efficient and even kindly offered to send the parts free of charge. As a first time parent (and the surprise of twins!) the delight of this transaction was really appreciated. We are extremely grateful so thank you Yasmine & Tutti Bambini!
Needed replacement screws for rebuilding a cot we purchased 3 years ago! Nickie was super helpful and sent replacements out free of charge. Great customer service!
Great basinet , sturdy and great that it has wheels and rocker legs
Excellent customer service! We have two Modena cotbeds for our girls aged 4 and 2. When we were expecting our youngest we ordered the same cotbed as we were very impressed with the one we had. It arrived and we didn't open it until roughly 7months later when putting our youngest into her own room. Upon opening the cotbed it appeared that two different styles had been sent. I was worried that we might be stuck with it as obviously we were only finding this out 7 months after purchase. However emailed customer service and explained the situation,they replaced it with no issues or hassle. Fast forward to last week, my eldest jumped on her bed with quite a bit of force (she and her sister have done this many times despite being told not to and being warned it could break the bed) nothing like actually experiencing consequences to learn a lesson. She broke the base. I was so upset as I love the beds and all of my duvet sets are for toddler size etc not to mention the expense of having to get a new bed. I thought I'll email customer service and see if I can purchase the base as a spare part. The lovely Irene responded and sent out a base which arrived very quickly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Contacted customer services about a replacement item and Irene who responded to me was super helpful and friendly. She managed to sort my issue striaght away, very happy with the outcome, thank you Irene.
I contacted customer support to request a replacement mattress base for our cotbed, which will be used by my sister's upcoming newborn. I received a prompt and helpful response from an advisor named Irene, ensuring that we have one on the way to us; commendable service!

Mar 27,2025Issue with chest of drawers and cupboard combo from Tutti based on reviews we read here and what looked to be good quality furniture - costing roughly £600. It has been 4 months and going - customer services need continuous chasing for a repy, promised management call back but never happened, several emails not responded to - genuine example of extremly poor customer service and very poor quality build items. The materials are cheap and flimsy, fine for temporary baby use, but we genuinely found IKEA products to be more stable and better quality. Very poor customer service - no apology for inconvenience, VERY SLOW response time, cannot escalate to a manager. Promised a call back from management but ignored. They used Homeserve to fix the issue, but they did not resolve it and I am chasing resolution for 2 months, with our newborn. They have said I declined the repair offer - WHY that would make any sense is beyond me. Have now spent 3 additional weeks trying to have the homeserve technician to be sent to me again. Has issues with the rails on the chest of draws, they were also different to the original unit but had to make do. Extremely frustrating to get decent customer care and resolution despite paying premium price for the items - would not recommend these good any where and the service is worse - steer clear.
