Once it was purchased, the cot bed arrived within a matter of days and was easy to assemble. It’s an excellent piece of furniture, incredibly sturdy and perfect for smaller rooms. Very pleased with the purchase and service.

Mar 10,2025Beyond grateful. I bought the Nova high chair up to 12, which is not cheap, but certainly beautiful and practical. My partner had unpacked it and accidentally threw out the legs to the high chair. As you can imagine, being 9m pregnant and spent over £200 on a high chair, I was very emotional about this. I reached out to customer support in hopes I could at least order some new legs. Yasmine responded very quickly and resolved all my issues by agreeing to send out a replacement free of charge. I honestly couldn’t thank the generosity enough. It makes me glad that I’ve bought most my things from Tutti Bambini :)

Mar 11,2025We found Irene rather helpful in sorting out our replacement parts. We misplaced the bits we needed to convert our cot bed and they were out of stock online. Irene managed to locate us the parts we needed and sent them straight to to us.
