My initial request for a quote did not go through, but when I contacted through the site form, Alan was quick to get to my request and included a courtesy discount for the inconvenience. The entire process, from receiving a quote to shipping options and expenses, was clear and smooth. Alan let me know what to expect or if there were any issues throughout the process. My package arrived quickly, in perfect condition and packed really well!

Dec 19,2022Alan and his team were amazing. I messaged them jujst out of curiousity (finding them via google and reddit searching) and they were extremely fast and communicative. They even went as far as finding the exact item I wished to purchase, from a more official vendor that would save me money. It was above and beyond. Lastly, they kept me in clear communication the entire time, including showing a picture of the item once they received it, and then letting me know once it was shipped. It was a fast, easy, and worryless process. I will definitely use Two Tree again!

Oct 12,2022I can't stress enough how much of an amazing service Two Tree Team are; if you're looking to purchase goods from Taiwan, but unfortunately are unable to get them shipped directly to you, then I highly recommend getting in contact with Two Tree Team as they can gladly help you with just that!! There was an item that I've had my heart set on owning for YEARS but is only available within Taiwan, nowadays purchasable second-hand through Shopee.tw in particular and is prone to selling out quite quick, so making the item I've wanted a rare find within the website itself. Once I knew of Two Tree Team's service recently this year and thankfully was lucky enough to've found another listing on Shopee.tw, I just HAD to get in contact with them. Two Tree Team were super efficient with helping purchase my order and responded to my questions via email TREMENDOUSLY!! They even let me know when my order arrived to them and let me choose the service I wish to have my order safely shipped out overseas to me by. Simply an amazing experience with using Two Tree Team's service as a first-time customer and I deeply hope to purchase many more goods from Taiwan with their service again in the future. I can't recommend them enough!! 🤩✨✨✨✨✨
