I ordered this item on 11/05/2021 - it did not ship until 12/02/2021 - I emailed twice for status updates, received no response. Fortunately, this order was out of my own pocket, instead of my company's pocket that operates just shy of 75 TLK-100 units.
I ordered the items on Nov. 26 it is now Dec 3rd. Website still says awaiting shipment. The website was nice and easy to navigate, I don't have the items so I can't comment on that.

I placed an order on October 3rd. It is October 10th and there is still no status other than “order placed.” I’m not impressed with that.
I am working with Christian and he has been great from the start. After speaking with me, he understood our needs and made a suggestion as to what to purchase. The order arrived a couple of days after purchase. Christian even called me when the walkies arrived to make sure we got them and everything arrived okay. Awesome customer service!

Dec 06,2021I placed an order on November 8th. It is now December 6th and I have not received any updates on shipment almost a month later. This is ridiculous. I needed this item asap and come to find out after a week of silence when it was due to be shipped, it’s suddenly “back ordered”. There was nothing that indicated this was back ordered when I placed the order. That information should be clear when you provide shipment dates. I have yet to hear a response about when, if ever, I will receive my item.
