Dec 05,2021I ordered this item on 11/05/2021 - it did not ship until 12/02/2021 - I emailed twice for status updates, received no response. Fortunately, this order was out of my own pocket, instead of my company's pocket that operates just shy of 75 TLK-100 units.

Dec 04,2021I ordered the items on Nov. 26 it is now Dec 3rd. Website still says awaiting shipment. The website was nice and easy to navigate, I don't have the items so I can't comment on that.

Dec 06,2021I placed an order on November 8th. It is now December 6th and I have not received any updates on shipment almost a month later. This is ridiculous. I needed this item asap and come to find out after a week of silence when it was due to be shipped, it’s suddenly “back ordered”. There was nothing that indicated this was back ordered when I placed the order. That information should be clear when you provide shipment dates. I have yet to hear a response about when, if ever, I will receive my item.
