Haley Beard was very knowledgeable of each radio i was asking about, decided on the CP200D , Haley new what i needed, two way direct got my radios programmed, and shipped and received with in 3 days! I will be doing more business with Haley Beard with two way direct 5 star service!

I’m really sorry for writing bad reviews but , so far two way direct has given me no choice, I call and they don’t help you email and they don’t respond I spoke them personally and asked for my money back and that also still hasn’t happened, DONT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE SO FAR IT HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, oh and even if they send you’re item to the wrong spot somehow like it happened to me they seem not to know whaT happed??? Even though I wrote the correct address
The order was placed easily and I received my battery in a timely manner.
Ordered over a month ago and no product or explanation. Then a partial refund showed up on my account and still no explanation. Requested a full refund and no reply.
The product ordered was what was sent but we asked for overnight shipping on Dec 30th and the item was shipped ground and we did not get it until Jan 5th. We were hoping to get the items the 31st but we knew with the holidays that it might not happen but it being shipped ground was very disapointing.
Paid for product, but have not received it. Called about my order twice and still have not received the product or any explanation for not receiving it.
Placed my order 12/01. It is 12/30 and my order is still marked as awaiting shipment. No one from the company has reached out to let me know of the delay or when i will be receiving my order. Had it been made known to me when i was placing the order that i would not be receiving my order promptly i definitely would not have ordered through them
Ordered for my clomp 1010e Was told what I ordered was correct however they do not work on k e of the 14 radios I emailed no answer ao I called took forever to get a reply had to call again then was told I had right equipment and that my radios must be defective so I asked. Are you telling me all 14 of my radios are defective ao sent photo reply was oh thr ear pieces must be defective so someone from cs will be in touch and sending out a RA label Well that has been over 8 days hmmm they have had my payment from time of purchase and still no correct ear pieces

Radios that I ordered were on backorder and after a month I just received one of them. I was not told they were on backorder until order was placed.

Ordered product in mid November. Website said product was in stock. Called customer service one week later to find out delivery status. Service person said product was back ordered to after January & someone else would call me back the next day. Still waiting for call. Wanted product asap & would not have ordered if I knew there would be a long back order. Very unhappy with this experience with this company!
The ordered part was not indicated as back ordered, still haven't ben given an accurate ETA on arrival of the part. Representatives have answered calls but don't seem to have much info to share.
When I ordered the CMX760 CB,your website said "in stock".I have still not received it.You have requested a review for a service that has not been completed.(Order #70767)
Called Two Way Direct, spoke to an actual person (thanks Bo) who helped me find a mike that was compatible with my department radio. He then got it out to be delivered the next day. If anyone asks me for a radio/accessory l will recommend this business.
