Nov 03,2021I ordered a replacement antenna. I learn from the customer service rep that the description of product was not entirely accurate. It would cost more to return the antenna and ship a different antenna to me than the cost of the antenna. The descriptions need to be accurate.

Nov 03,2021This earpiece looks like it would be very uncomfortable, but before long, you’ll forget it’s there. The speaker remains in place all day, and it doesn’t affect your hearing of things happening around you. I’ll never go back to an acoustic tube type earpiece.

Oct 30,2021The ordering process was easy. The technical staff was vey helpful. However, I ordered on Friday October 22 and as of today Friday October 29 my order still has not been shipped. When I look my order up it says awaiting shipment even though the website says my item is in stock.

Oct 20,2021I placed my order on September 24th, and during the course of a week, there were no updates on the site regarding the order. Once I reached out to someone, I was told that the order had shipped a day or so before, I went back and looked again because there was still no update on the site unless I'm blind. It was still more than another week to get the order via USPS. I used to work for a company that used Two Way Direct commercially; I do not recall this slow or weird of a process working with them. What's worse, now my product works intermittently, and I can't see how to return it because as of today, October 19, 2021, the site STILL says the order is awaiting shipment!

Oct 15,2021I was looking for a Motorola M1 adapter surveillance kit for using my radio in a heavy manufacturing plant. Easily matched up the features I wanted to test, found that pricing was cheaper than Amazon, and ordered. A week later, my earpiece arrived, well packed and fully functional. Disappointed I was never notified of order shipment for tracking purposes, but that is easily changeable. Will order more kits for my department as it grows.
