The radios and associated equipment from 2-Way Direct are of high quality and work as advertised, meeting my company's needs. We have had ongoing problems in the past with e-mails unanswered, phone calls unreturned and overall poor customer service. Recently, an associate named Shawn Pierson helped with an issue we were having and way above ands beyond to meet our needs in a huge way. It is very much appreciated. My radios do not work.
I bought a motorola surveillance mic for my motorola radio. The mic is compatible and meant for my radio. I tried it, although the quality of the product was poor such as low volume. Motorola made a poor product. Now, i contact two way direct for a return. They told me i cant because of covid, which is understandable as i wore it. They asked what was wrong, but never offered any additional help or discount for something help after i responded back. The customer service was poor and would never buy from two way direct especially with the lack of follow up and/or trying to help resolve my issue. Even a simple apology with a discounted mic thats compatible wouldve made me happy.
Terrible experience… wouldn’t recommend. Plenty of other companies out there that are better, quicker, more reliable, more responsive, actually care about their client base.
Never received item. Contacted them several times via chat, emailed and even called. When I spoke to someone on the phone they told me they could not see the status of my order and would have someone call me. I never received a call. Again I used their chat bot to request information about my order and still received no update. I was even emailed by their ceo asking how my item was. Well I never received that item as I stated in a reply email. My order was placed in February it is now April. With no item received I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to obtain my money back.

I made an order and also paid extra for express shipping. After a week, I called to see what the status of my order was. I was informed that my order was on back order. It would have been nice to know that particular product was out of stock before I ordered. Long story short, after a month of not receiving my order, called and canceled my order. Also every time I called I was told that they would have someone get back in touch with me to let me know if there was a similar product available. I never received a call back. They said it would take up to three business days to refund me. It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive my refund.
The customer service you receive at Two Way Direct is unbelievable. They offer to help you find the right product for your needs. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!
i have reached out twice about a defective product and no one is getting back to me. unacceptable.
It’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t received what I ordered from them. Haven’t had anybody email me asking if I received my order or even a shipment notification.

This is the second Mike-speaker I have tried. The first one lasted 6 months and this one lasted less than a month. The connection with the radio goes away. Do you have an answer for this?
Sold me a product the manufacturer had discontinued, but didn't let me know until I checked well after I should have received the product.
Service was very professional and accurate
After I posted my review, two days later I received a reply via Trustpilot saying that they would get back with me quickly to try and resolve the issue... That was over two weeks ago. I haven't heard a word from the company since, neither by phone nor email. The silence from this company speaks volumes, and validates my concerns. One minor correction, I have received an email from the guy who won't return my calls, wanting to know if he can do more orders for me on the same product... a standard, boilerplate follow up email from someone that obviously has no concern over the lack of customer service I'm receiving.
