Dec 25,2024Ordered a part from the company and immediately received confirmation my order was placed. I then waited over a month for my order to never be fulfilled and shipped. Every time I called for updates I was told someone would contact me back and resolve the issue and they never do even after I've called them 3 times. They go through their level one support of asking for my information and then provide nothing but a "you should get a call back" and never get one.
