Oct 22,2024I found dealing with Two Way Direct easy... ordering online was seamless and they delivered as promised. I ordered replacement batteries for my two way radios.. they were new, they fit, and charged up immediately. I would order from Two Way Direct again without hesitation.

Sep 28,2024Purchase and shipping of product was quick. The only thing I had to do was shave the opening to where my accessory walkie had to be plugged in. Walkie would not have plugged all the way in or worked if I had not done it. Otherwise the walkie is working fabulous now and working like I wanted it to.

Said in stock when I ordered it following week I email them, they tell me they sold out the day before I placed my order, didn't bother to tell me that until after I reached out to them. They said be in stock in a couple weeks and haven't heard from them since. No updates.
