I ordered the single charger and a battery. Upon arrival the charger came with no electrical cord. I would think the charger would come with an ac adapter charging cord. Unacceptable business practices!

What’s higher than a 5 star review? These guys are your source for your communication needs. 100% For me, it was a pleasure from the time I dialed the number to the moment I hung up. I was given the best customer service by everyone, but specifically shouting out Ari Castellanos in the Service Department. This guys knows his stuff and is patient enough to deliver it in layman terms. It’s scary to make a huge ($$$) purchase and be left in the dark troubleshooting issues with a thick paper manual and huge amounts of misinformation online. Ari listened to my issues, solved my problems, and prepared me for potential scenarios and how to troubleshoot those as well- saving me a future call I’m sure !! Two-Direct has a great team and very competitive pricing. I’m never shopping anywhere else!!
I have had an order since October. I have emailed and called every month since with no answer. I have requested a refund with no reply. Since I wrote this review. I have received the products I ordered. Also I have received an email from Two Way Direct clarifying what took so long.
Talking with your support team about the radios our school district currently have I was given advice on what support you all could provide us moving forward.
The biggest issue we have with this company is the customer service. They were great before we bought all the equipment. Once we did it was near impossible for them to help us. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be recommending them to anyone we know that needs radios.

I had a fast response from them, and they called to make sure that the address was correct. They also checked out to make sure that my radio would match up with what I have ordered. The customer rep was nice and polite even tho I was rude to her but I thought it was one of those robo calls. Couldn't ask for any better!!!!

Mar 08,2024Everything went well without any mayor problems, but the site interface is kinda lackluster and poorly executed. I even thought I got scammed since there wasn’t any notification about the delay. An overhaul in the way the orders are presented and adding more ways to pay will be very important.
