Great customer service ! George is my sales rep. Luckily they had OEM replacements I needed in stock and wasn't put on a waiting list for back ordered items. I have ordered from Two Way Direct in the past and I will continue to in the future.

I recently ordered a battery for a Motorola radio that has been discontinued for some time. Although it took a long time to get the battery they were very good about keeping me informed on the process. This battery is by far the best I've ever had. And I've been using radios for decades. I will definitely order from Two Way Direct again!

We had issues with our first order, and we were worried about the lack of customer service we had received. Thankfully it was escalated to the Sales Manager, John Knoop who took amazing care of us and got our issue resolved quickly. We were a pilot for a new vendor for our school district, and because of the experience, we are referring all of the schools in the district to Two Way Direct.

This was my first time ordering from Two Way and great customer services is very important when starting a new business relationship. Taylor Anderson was assigned to be my Account Representative and was fantastic. I felt as though I was talking to a person that I have known for a long time. Thank you for listening to my problem, finding a new battery for Walkie-Talkie at a reasonable cost and having it shipped out so quickly.

The push to talk I ordered did not have the correct jack for my Garmin. That was on me. The only issue I had was the customer sales rep that called, said he would get back to me in 15 min to explain how to return the one I got and how to get the correct jack. That was a week ago.
