I recently ordered a battery for a Motorola radio that has been discontinued for some time. Although it took a long time to get the battery they were very good about keeping me informed on the process. This battery is by far the best I've ever had. And I've been using radios for decades. I will definitely order from Two Way Direct again!
We had issues with our first order, and we were worried about the lack of customer service we had received. Thankfully it was escalated to the Sales Manager, John Knoop who took amazing care of us and got our issue resolved quickly. We were a pilot for a new vendor for our school district, and because of the experience, we are referring all of the schools in the district to Two Way Direct.

Couple big mistakes requiring time consuming reprogramming and dodged calls finally ended in my sales guy simply ignoring me. Once they get your money, watch out - genuinely.
The push to talk I ordered did not have the correct jack for my Garmin. That was on me. The only issue I had was the customer sales rep that called, said he would get back to me in 15 min to explain how to return the one I got and how to get the correct jack. That was a week ago.
