Oct 29,2024Mistakes were made on my EE application. I pointed them out and they Said they would fix it. They didn't. My PR invitation was refused due to this. UIS will not speak to me nor refund me the huge sum of money I paid them. Case:53553 I have sent several emails trying to contact you since this and have been told it has been passed on. Still no contact. I have full written proof of your mistakes, me pointing them out then you failing to fix them. I could post them here if you would like. New updated February 2025 This company has continued to dodge my attempts to contact them stating that my information has been passed on to the appropriate department.

Oct 10,2024Awful. Since the moment they got in contact with me they kept hounding me down for completing an application with them. It felt more like a sales company than an immigration service. Once I saw reviews online saying they got scammed I told them to stop contacting me and to give me a refund to which they got very hostile on the phone. It was very awkward. I still haven’t received my refund and this all happened in August (2024). Highly advise you to stay away from this company. *Update* after disputing the transaction again I have finally received my refund.
