Very quick to respond when trying to sell the service to you and very pushy in trying to ask for credit card details. Will also "sell you the dream". However, once engaged the service and response seriously declines with weeks passing and no updates, also no answer when trying to call the phone number provided. A contract is only given once payment is made and differs from what your are sold by the sales team with multiple hidden costs. The Customer Relations Manager has extremely poor customer service skills, does not research a case prior to speaking with you and appears to just read off a script. He is also quite rude when questioned. In addition, when trying to resolve the matter, the Customer Relations Manager confirmed in writing he would charge 400 USD an hour to resolve the case. There are multiple better organisations who offer a better service and often at a lower overall cost. Highly recommend avoiding UIS Canada. ____________________________________ Updated 6th November Response to the follow up provided by UIS Canada. The information provided in the response is misleading and in some cases, a lie. Especially as I have written communication from the Customer Relations Manager that our information had been deleted from UIS Canada's system (at my request) so I am confused as to how a further investigation has occurred. I am very happy to share the emails from the Customer Relations Manager advising that he would charge 400 USD to provide additional support to us when we asked him to further investigate. No updates were provided by phone or email from UIS. I emailed regularly to ask for an update either via phone at the originally agreed time or via email, and would receive a basic reply advising someone would call at our agreed time (with no update at all). No call was made at the agreed time, nor was an update provided via email. Two calls were made at 11.38pm on a Sunday night, with no follow up email or voicemail. A phone call at that time is unacceptable and further shows the poor customer service and lack of appreaciation for the time difference. Also, considering that the sales team were always prompt in following up at the agreed time to secure the sale (and would continually ask and push for credit card details multiple times during the call), I would expect the remainder of the team to adhere to the agreed times when discussed during the sales process. Finally, when I tried to call the phone numbers provided, there was either no answer or a recorded message advising there was company wide training and no calls would be answered. I will not revise my review and again and want to reiterate that after requesting that my information be deleted, I have written confirmation that my information has been deleted from UIS Canada's system, which is a legal requirement.
They were to the point in describing services, and when I realized I would not need those services quite yet they simply sent me additional information for when I'm ready. I like that they got back to me quickly, but weren't aggressive or pushy.
